@@trtsds8901 prolly... its just what I hate about police officers is that they have to meet quotas so they HAVE to arrest a certain amount of people by the end of a month or they get chewed out, deranked, no promotion l, etc. If I were a cop in would join not to arrest people but make my community a safe loving place. I've been pulled over before for going 5 miles per hour of the speed limit and it was the end of the month, the first thing that ran through my head was he needed to meet his quotas on arresting people or else he wouldn't get promoted

    Love this!
Somebody needs to bring these two machines to a boot camp class.
I like analyzing motion... So forgive me!
On the roof contraption, the more efficient strikes happened when the elbows were kept low and anchored, upper arm nearly pointing down with minimal, but some movement from the shoulders, engaging the lats. The firefighter engaged his entire body mass by engaging the abdomals and quads, and lessening the independent movement of the arms, thereby making the strike hinge from the waist instead of the shoulders. See the squat and ab crunch as he strikes, and the set up for the motion as the knees straighten and he stands more upright? There is also a closer hand grip, which increases the ability of the hammer to freely arc, minimizing the amount of effort the person uses to raise the weight of the hammer. I can't tell how y'all are breathing, but as a martial arts teacher, I can tell you that if the breath matches the duration and explosiveness of contact on the strike, the strike will be noticeably more impactful.

so I've learned quickly just how i might look great but I'm not by any mean's as capable as i thought.
PUSH UP'S and PULL UP'S and SITUP'S are a lot more difficult then i thought it would. and i got 10day's to get these up.

Im a gym rat (not quite a bodybuilder) and look 2x more muskular and big but man these guys would make me look sooooo week next to them in a workout. There is such a differance betwean big muscles and strong/high endurance muscles. Now passing 40yrs I would rather have their insane pullup skills and endurance. I like my bulked look that makes people look but I dont think women find it nice they prolly think its a bit scarry. These guys look super fit and are so strong but look like normal human beings. Mad respect!!! So strong and my hear could never handle that intensity. Great vid. The last guy even looks like a gym rat in size but still lean.
