Very irritating narration. Too much yakking for the meager facts offered. When you build your driveway on the neighboring property, things like this are likely to happen. Get a survey when building next to the line and stay on YOUR property.
💯% irritating narration. And another user who lives and lives to hear themselves yak on.
Thanks I’m out off here! 👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻
Why say in 30 seconds what you can drag it out for 9 minutes
Sorry 😅
Story was a much to-do about...really nothing. Sorry, but it was akin to watching paint dry.
Sorry 😅❤️
The Supreme Court of the US has several times reaffirmed the right of someone,, as long as that right was not surrendered to an HOA, to paint their house any colour they wish. It is a form of free speech and is therefore protected. ANNNND It should be known,, wooden large homes of the Victorian Era in the US were painted many vivid colours. They were referred to as 'painted ladies',, a somewhat disparaging term for too colourful houses and prostitutes,,, and the fact you nearly needed to keep a painter employed full time to keep it painted.
WASTE OF TIME.
How to take a 3 minute story and turn it into an 8 minute story.
3 minute false story- left that part out
How many different men are you talking about ??????
Who does property belong to? It`s unclear at this point.
What a waste of time.
i made a mistake renting in a hoa location. a old karen kept complaining about me to the owner of the place. even about things that have been taken care of before i moved in.
someone else had a service van on the street. and she had called the owner this rental. he had mailed a letter to me, i replied saying it was not me. and this was weeks after the service van was gone
(was there less than a whole day).
These "explainamentories" are really irritating. Could have been MUCH shorter. Thank goodness for the fast forward option.
Robo-readers bug me. And this "story" of two guys and two houses had at least 10 of each. I have to stop falling for these "stories".
How does it saying you’re entitled to a 12 foot driveway mean you can build it on somebody else’s land? Where is this? I don’t wanna buy property there.
Why would it be too late? It's his property. Also the thumbnail is a guy going underground hole
Wow the guys appearance changed an awful lot !
LMAO :)
What was the message the neighbour wrote only seen by satellite?
This person wrote nothing. This story is made of other videos. But in the original video it said ahole with an arrow pointing towards the neighbor's house. You would need one hell of a back yard to do this.
Run!! Don't watch this!! It is booorring and pointless. Aaaaaaaahh.
I just wasted 8 minutes and 28 seconds of my life. Also, which one is Oliver? So many generic old men appearing.
To long and drawn out.
Nice
Minister or not, the neighbor never explained why he was such an asshole on the phone. This could have been settled a lot sooner if he hadn't been an arrogant asshole in the first place.
Can't be bothered to just call a surveyor but will involve news crews and claims he didn't want to cause trouble, yeah right,Oliver just wanted attention for nothing
I think you should get somebody else to write the story again I don't think anybody's heard this before the same thing over and over again maybe using a little bit different text you are such a fine station here we wish you'd hear from you very much more I mean you tell the same story over and over again so many different ways it makes you very very interesting
Had to shut this off, once I heard Oliver built the driveway himself. Oliver is in the wrong. period end of story.
He may have been in the wrong to begin with but after 25 years (in Florida it requires only 7 years) he now owns that strip of land due to adverse possession.
@@jalyc8515 ya cuz that just makes it right.
@@gatorb8 TD. Face it, right or not, IT IS OUR LAW!! Have you never heard "IGNORANCE of the law is NO excuse"? Education is a wonderful thing.
crappy channel, left out key facts, don't watch this?
Sorry 😅❤️
Cinder blocks not citter blocks.
If the driveway was there for over 10 years it becomes his property.
SEVEN
Depends on where you are at. Was a douchebag move to build one row of blocks, just to make a point.
In what State?
He shouldn’t have half assed it with a single layer of cinder block. I would have used a quick cut, cut down the property line. thrown all of his rubble onto his property, set 6x6 posts all the way down both sides and back and have a fence going up the next day.
Another story right off a Cornflakes box, what a joke
Is this becoming a 'thing" now? Videos depicting random people and places that are 100% unrelated to the real story?
What the hell is going on
why are these stories so long winded.
Bad writing 😢
if that is his land he can put whatever he wants there he is not being rude
Not always, In many states, there is a such thing as "Adverse Possession" Under Adverse Possession, even if that was not his property, but he had his driveway across the line for more than usually 15 years depending on state law , he could claim the right to continue to use it as his driveway under Adverse Possession. And the property owner can not interfere. But he would have to go to court and have a judge agree
@@miketheredleg9821 only if that is known to the public.
You can not claim possession of something nobody knew you were using without any right too it.
Was this video generated by Ai?
Intro way too long.
Christians are always good people like Donald Trump.
