Did you pick up an M3 MacBook Air, or are you planning to?
I am planning to but also considering paying a little bit more for the Pro. What would you recommend?
@@al4realzif you don’t depend on really high levels of sustained performance, I say go buy the MBA. MBA already is super powerful, and Apple Silicon chips all offer the same single core performance. The differences are in adding more of those CPU cores and for the GPU, when you spec up to the higher end M3 Pro/Max and yet to be announced Ultra. Because MBA is a fanless computer, it will not be able to deliver the same sustained performance as M3 MBP with a fan. But again, you only should care about that if you depend on it. 98% of people get more performance from MBA than they need.
I’m waiting for my yearly bonus. The the order goes in.
Edit: I got my 15” M3 24GB/1TB a week ago and the thing is a flamethrower compared to my old intel 27” iMac! I love it!
Just had an M3 16 gb 512SSD in silver delivered, using for day to day but also Serato and music storage for DJ’ing so got plenty of headroom.

I was so hung up on getting an Ipad air M2 13 inch but then I saw I can get Macbook air M3 for the same price and as a dell user my whole life, I'm still debating. But people are saying Macbook purchase should come first before an iPad. what do u think?

What is the best solution to easily switch from using work HP computer to MacBook Air M3 using the same external dual display monitors. My current HP DOC dos not seem to do the trick only mirrors the dual display 4K monitors

I just got this model but I'm having trouble transferring large files from my 2011 MacBook Pro.. any tips? They have different USB/Thunderbolt ports and I believe my old MacBook doesn't support Mirgation.

I am new to Mac Book. I just purchased the new Mac Book Air M3 a couple of days ago and trying to get used to it and learn how to use it. I also have a HP and that's what I'm used to using so this is really different for me. I am trying to figure out how to open a new window in the browser. How do you do that? I am learning a lot from your video and it's very helpful to someone like me who's coming from a Windows PC.
I just got my first ever Mac as well just a couple days ago (incidentally an M3 MacBook Air). You may have already figured it out but you can press command+t and it will open a new tab in the browser. Interestingly, this also works in finder. Both of which I figured out by accident. My guess is this works in just about any app that has tabs.
Are u gonna mention about the heating issue?
Hi Brandon , something unpleasant happened to me here in the Netherlands ! 😰Before iOS 17.4 with my 14 pro max I could select the texts of a screenshot or photo and copy them but not anymore! Now only browser texts! Does it happen only to me or to others too? What can I do ? Thanks in advance !!!

They still haven’t fixed show date when space allows to actually work (it worked in macOS 12 but not 13-14).

When I wanted to add pinterest to my dock, I cannot see that option like add the dock. I wonder why

Do you have problems with the heat of the CPU? I read an article that says the CPU gets way too hot during heavy tasks? who else suffers from this? because the MacBook Air has no fan

0:12 Why can’t Apple just release the iPads NOW and once we set it up, we update to that “tweaked” version of iPadOS 17.4?? Why wait until that “tweaked” version of iPadOS 17.4 is ready?
Because if it’s still called 17.4 and not 17.4.1 or 17.5, users could get confused when they’re already on 17.4 and see an update for “17.4”.

i have samsung 860 evo, how do i use it as external SSD for my MacBook? what cable do I need?
In the past I used an SSD, then when I ran out of space I realized that speed is irrelevant, since it's on autopilot. So I upgraded to a 8TB HDD that's just always plugged in now
Highly do not recommend doing the last step - disabling Desktop to Cloud. My Mac got broken, and I was able to restore my desktop on a new one only because it was ON!

First thing to do: Return it and get a M2 refurbished or discounted, rather than buying the M3 MacBook Air.
Not worth it for only $200 difference imo
