RUGGED MANIAC NEW ENGLAND- September 2021

This year the Long Island Rugged was cancelled due to a severe storm warning. So me and the woman planned a little weekend trip to MA for the Rugged Maniac New England, located in southwick.
Perfect weather and an absolute blast! My GoPro memory card was full so I wasn’t able to film all of the obstacles but here’s what I got.
This was my first OCR after becoming an official Spartan SHX coach, and my wonderful gf has been reading my book HIT THE TRAILS: A Beginners Guide to Obstacle Course Racing and did so well on her second OCR!
