This is the most underrated size of boat! Big enough to have all the amenities, but small enough to be fast & trailerable. Good job docking on a single engine!
I had a Regal 2665 prior to my current Chris-Craft 381 Catalina...my CC is now for sale, and the Regal XO is the EXACT boat I will be looking for after the 381 sells. Thanks for the tour!
Congratulations! That new boat is sweet! He made an excellent choice with that design and having an outboard. My only regret with ours is that we have a Mercruiser 350 and a Bravo III that is very difficult to service because it’s so cramped. I see Happy Hours getting jealous. Don’t forget to sit on her from time to time and make her still feel wanted. Now you need to get another red and green rock!
I know full well merc I/O’s. We had a big block crammed in our last 27’ cruiser. Was a bitch changing impellers. At least you can trailer it and keep out drive out of water!
True although my svelte and lithe body is challenged every time I get in the engine bay! Your new boat is a beauty. I know you guys will have fun. Does it have a pull out transom shower for Matey?
I’m interested in getting this exact same boat as an upgrade from our bow rider. Also live here in CC. Looking forward to seeing how you like the 26 XO. Enjoy!
@ehap080 the 300hp Regal XO struggles to get on plane with 6+ people aboard. It gets there and is fine once on plane, but the boat requires wide open throttle for the initial push to get there. The newer models have a 350hp option.
That is the perfect boat for two peaple to do a weekend cruise..Actually really like it alot especially since its a outboard you lucked out finding that one!!!
Been a Sea Ray fanatic for decades but since they no longer make boats like this I look forward to buying a Regal exactly like this in a few years. I’d prefer a Merc but a Yamaha will do.
Love the new boat! That little thing sure does pack the features into a perfect weekend cruiser size. Congratulations, I'm looking forward to seeing how it does on future videos.
That's a sweet boat, we had a 26ft Regal years ago. It was a great boat with plenty of room for the family. Regal makes a great boat. That will be nice unit at FMB, Sanibel, and Cabbage Key to mention a few.
Great choice when you told me you were gonna get an outboard. I knew it was that type of boat. Because that will be the same boat that would choose. And you're gonna love how you going to maintain that engine so easy? Congratulations, you and your wife.⚓️👍😁
Congrats on the new boat! I never know what I'm going to see on here next! Looking forward to seeing all the new places you both end up at. Make sure you post a full-throttle video! :) Hopefully, Matie enjoys it too!
Luv the NEW (used ) Boat Exactly what you needed & Such a Excellent Find , Now it’s like Hun we taking the Caddie or The Corvette out on the Water today! Congratulations Could of not Happened to a Very Nice , Down to Earth Beautiful couple , Very Happy For ya & Always Have Fun & live for TODAY, !!! U. Never know what lies ahead or Around that Corner. Luv all ur Videos & all the Mechanicals of upkeep & Maintenance in Simple easy to follow & understand., Keep. On. A Boating.1.day , 1. Boat , lol at a Time !!!!!!!!!
You guys deserve it. She's a honey and omg an outboard to boot. Your NYawk accent is fading and wish you the best. Looking forward to retiring in the same area and would love to pick your brains regarding the housing market when ready to commit. Doc AJ
Congrats, on a great addition to your fleet. My first boat was a Regal that I had down in Texas on a lake setting. Never had any issues with it at all.
Lol, I was almost right! my last smaller boat was a 27 foot regal with a 240 hp I/O. Smart with the outboard on your new one. my old 1988 regal would suck down 15 gallons an hour while on a plane at 22 mph. had all your amenities except no generator or air-conditioning. congratulations on your new purchase. Have fun!
I'll be very interested to hear how you like this. In researching boating around Florida vs our current 341 homebase in California, something like this Regal 26 XO looks like it would be VERY useful for Florida.
Reminds me of when we had our Regal 2565 window express that was being sold on the same dock to our new to us Bayliner 3988 fly bridge. It’s interesting to see how little the interior has changed in only 10 years. Also interesting that there’s no storage area where your feet would go in the bed since the AC and a storage unit would be there
Congratulations! That boat looks perfect for you two. Much faster for cruising with all of the comforts. Actually, I hate to say it but I think that's more ideal than Happy Ours. Better for quick weekends, less maintenance and more fuel efficient.
Nice boat! The Admiral will have plenty places to lounge! Engine cover, boat cover, any trailer? AC is awesome. Make sure Matey has a nice spot to lookout!
Mark my words with the speed, efficiency and generator, happy ours may be for sale soon enough since she has gas engines. best of luck with After hours….
wow that's a really nice boat, I hate pontoon boats (and catamarans) ha ha ha ha maybe need another fridge like one plugs into cig lighter for beers and pop , use one in cabin for grub.. best thing I bought for my boat is a 12 volt countertop ice maker I use it all the time
Samsonite………I was way off. I thought the Meridian was leaving. Slick little sleeper sand bar food and rum runner. That will be some special overnight stays local. Generator is extra primo good! Congratulations!
@@AdventuresofHappyOurs So a jaunt from FTL to Bimini is capable for this beauty? 70 gallons of fuel? The transom acrylic door would look nice with a white or silver vinyl martini glass. Help people see the door when it is closed. I have been looking over other 26 XO videos and have to say you made a top notch choice. Generator and outboards. Perfect cruiser. Enjoy!
Sweet ride! You never really seemed like the pontoon-kind of people. My only question is, how will you decide which one to take! I'm glad you shared about the engine being out of water being a feature - marine growth has clearly been a hassle with Happy Ours. Smooth sailing :)
My man. I watch u all the time. I’m Atlantic City Italian. 100%. I got house & slips here. I thought u gas to pay $90,ish. Great show I’m moving Florida soon young 50 I got nice sea ray
Smart boat! I have a 310 sea ray sundancer that I love but it doesn’t have any more functionality than your regal. Mine probably costs twice as much to operate though. The regal is probably not bad on a trailer too.
This is the most underrated size of boat! Big enough to have all the amenities, but small enough to be fast & trailerable.
Good job docking on a single engine!
Congratulations on the new member of the family! A unique package of features that will serve well.
I love your new Regal and the outboard motor set up good luck and take care of it 😊
sweet boat Tommy and Brigitt enjoy!!
Thanks Sean! How’s your boat doing? Still have the Dory?
I have to say, that boat is excellent looking and had so many features. Love it!
That is one sweet 26 Reagal. Reminds me of the 24 Maxum we had but 100 times nicer. Thruster/Genset and A/C, you have all the toys. Very nice.
Absolutely love it!! Beautiful and very versatile! We're sure you'll love it too 🍻 see you out there 😉
Awesome boat guys. Good luck with that. Looking forward to seeing new adventures.
26’ with bow thrusters,A/C, hot water & a generator amazing!! She’s a beauty.
Hi Tom. Love Regals. Shop around for some Seadek custom flooring for the stern swim deck. It would really finish off a nice boat.
I had a Regal 2665 prior to my current Chris-Craft 381 Catalina...my CC is now for sale, and the Regal XO is the EXACT boat I will be looking for after the 381 sells. Thanks for the tour!
They have larger size XO’s too. I think 33’ is the next size up with twin outboards.
Love the new boat!
Regal definitely knows how to make a good boat.
Good luck with it and I Can’t wait to see more videos of the new boat.
Sweet new ride! Bridget must be happy it has multiple cup holders. 😂
Congrats on adding a great boat to the Admiral’s fleet. Here’s to some great adventures 🥂
I had a 2001 Regal 2460. Enjoyed it. Looks like you got a good one for your purposes!
Nice fast cruiser! I worked at Westerbeke in the early 2000s and designed 90% of that generator model. It is super quiet without a sound shield.
Nice! Congrats
An amazing boat for its size. Looks like you will be having some fun getaways in coming weekends.
Congratulations! Very clean boat with all the amenities of a larger vessel. I wish you guys all the best in the upcoming adventures.
Congratulations on the new boat 🛥️..wow…all the bells and whistles 👍👍👍. Many fun, safe adventures
Clean looking boat! I'd sure like a 400hp on that though. Enjoy!
Congratulations! That new boat is sweet! He made an excellent choice with that design and having an outboard. Yep. And for me. Lol
You'll get used to the digital gauges....and love them. Unlike analog, they always work.
I’m interested in getting this exact same boat as an upgrade from our bow rider. Also live here in CC. Looking forward to seeing how you like the 26 XO. Enjoy!
Will do neighbor!
Im also interested also in getting the same boat? How the boat react with 6 or 8 people in ? That is my only concern? Beutyfull boat
@ehap080 the 300hp Regal XO struggles to get on plane with 6+ people aboard. It gets there and is fine once on plane, but the boat requires wide open throttle for the initial push to get there. The newer models have a 350hp option.
Nice boat! Smart move with the outboard, so much more storage room. Cheers!
Pretty cool! I'm a big fan of pocket cruisers for many years. Enjoy your new ride!
Awesome. Generator & A/C on that size boat, take the fun up many notches.
That is the perfect boat for two peaple to do a weekend cruise..Actually really like it alot especially since its a outboard you lucked out finding that one!!!
We loved our Regal 27 Fasdeck. (same hull). Regal makes an excellent product and I know you will enjoy it!
Congratulations! Nice looking boat with plenty of creature comforts for day tripping and even overnights.
Almost had a heart attack...SOLD HAPPY OURS!!!...Boo hiss. continue..bow thurster w/single o/b is excellent...continue..Nice, really nice. Thanx.
Congratulations Guys! That's a really sharp looking Regal, cant wait for the next video of it.
Been a Sea Ray fanatic for decades but since they no longer make boats like this I look forward to buying a Regal exactly like this in a few years. I’d prefer a Merc but a Yamaha will do.
Great looking boat. Wishing you many years of safe travels and fun times ! 🇺🇸.
Oh my goodness, it’s beautiful 🥰 the outboard is a great idea. Congratulations and enjoy!

Sweet addition to the fleet! I love the woven carpet, will be sending Capn' Carl to investigate, Reel Joy and Clever Girl need some new threads.
wow - never thought all of that would come in such a small package! nice.

@AdventuresofHappyOurs lol you did the rite choice for your family style cap.👍👍⚓️
Congratulations and nice looking boat! Looks perfect for you guys!
Congratulations. That’s nice boat. Love the outboard option.

I can’t wait to lose the NY accent! Lol. Thanks! It’s a great area!
Congrats, on a great addition to your fleet. My first boat was a Regal that I had down in Texas on a lake setting. Never had any issues with it at all.
Outboard is the best feature, although there are many on and in that craft. Good call!
Nice boat captain I really like how they put that mid berth in there . Great boat good luck with it.

That’s why we got her. But for the longer excursions, we take the ol’ gal.
Nice boat !! Good luck to you with her !
Very nice
Great choice! That's my next boat lol. Looking forward to seeing the videos you make with it
Thank you!
Good looking boat. Have fun 🎉
Very Cool Layout Congrats !
Congrats! Great review. Good decision! 😊
Nice boat! The Admiral will have plenty places to lounge! Engine cover, boat cover, any trailer? AC is awesome. Make sure Matey has a nice spot to lookout!
Matey has yet to be aboard. That will be interesting! The boat came with a trailer. We didn’t want it and made a deal for owner to keep it.
I guess people need a sports car and a motor home . Congratulations !
Mattie has his own bunk. Yea
That’s our bed. Lol
Lot of boat for the size. I like the outboard- great for beaches.
Very nice! Best of luck.
Congrats on boat looks great set up well
Congratulations!
I can see the potential for some fishing here...
Way to go!!! Ya'll are awesome
Looking forward to see those videos
Mark my words with the speed, efficiency and generator, happy ours may be for sale soon enough since she has gas engines. best of luck with After hours….
Nice ! I used to sell Regal boats in Washington and Idaho. Well built boats. Keep a 24 Regal at my lake cabin in Idaho.
wow that's a really nice boat, I hate pontoon boats (and catamarans) ha ha ha ha maybe need another fridge like one plugs into cig lighter for beers and pop , use one in cabin for grub.. best thing I bought for my boat is a 12 volt countertop ice maker I use it all the time

Thanks! We loved the pontoon and miss it. Would have kept it if we had the dock space. Lol
Congratulations
Nice boat! Funny how boaters circle back to their smaller boat
My man. I watch u all the time. I’m Atlantic City Italian. 100%. I got house & slips here. I thought u gas to pay $90,ish.
Great show
I’m moving Florida soon young 50
I got nice sea ray
Driving the boat down?
get big eltric oytbard
Nice boat- enjoy!
Very nice boat should serve you well
Nice bus Tom.
You got a Buick!!!?Good you got the outboard over the sterndrive. Good luck with it. We sold boats like that for years.
Interesting you say that. I never made the Regal - Buick connection. Lol. I’m an avid Buick Grand National fan and former owner.
GM fan, back in the day the Volvo Penta outdrives were GM based most of the time. Ford for a couple of years. @@AdventuresofHappyOurs
Lovely boat, not much like that here in the UK
Goombah won the lottery? I knew the Admiral wanted a boat with a vacuflush turlet and shower and the pontoon was going sooner or later.
The Admiral is the boss. No lottery. Just shave more off the retirement fund. Lol
Nice choice. Enjoy
Nice Boat!!!
I see you coming down with a case of two footitis and happy hours departing
No time soon!
Love it !!!
🎉 nice 👍 Greg from Boston

The boat did have a trailer but we had no need for it so seller took it off the price.

Nice boat 🚢
