thanks for this man. was already kinda doing everything you mentioned but it’s really helpful to hear it confirmed by someone else going thru the same thing. how long did it take you to fully recover? i’m maybe 4 weeks in from the initial tear, 2 weeks of stopping myself from doing any kind of aggressive riding but it’s getting hard 😂 how long did you have to take it easy? my tear isn’t that bad btw, had an ultrasound and 6 sessions of PT
Hi Timm, great and very applicable content to what I am going through. Did you hurt your wrist from a single impact or from over use? Bought a new bike, fit was wrong, and wrist slowly got more painful after the first ride and here we are with the TFCC fun! Thanks for making this. I did a bunch of what you mentioned after watching. Hey Steven, thanks for your comment! Glad my video was helpful for you! I actually tore my TFCC by going over OTB. However I've been doing a lot of pushups almost daily for the previous 2-3 years which I believe may have weakened things in my wrist(s). It's been a year and 3 days since my injury and it's doing pretty good, I just did a 6 hour ride on the weekend, my wrist was soar on Monday but ok again now. I'm still using my WristWidget, doing PT and every once in a while I use Voltaren or CBD cream. Hope things will improve for you soon!

Just got my WW tonight and am excitedas the two other wrist braces Ihad seemed to make it worse.
That's great! You should notice quite some improvement and more stability with the Wrist Widget!

I did! But the rubber was way too harsh for me. Didn’t seem to have much damping. Very happy with the Deity Supracush right now :)
