QPR-Sunderland 1976/77

Good goals from Frank McLintock and Stan Bowles secured a QPR win against newly promoted Sunderland. Dave Thomas and Ian Gillard looked also on fire in this game, which was played a few days after QPR drew 3-3 vs Slovan Bratislava in the UEFA cup.

Love that station ident tune from my youth. For some reason the Magpie theme tune in my head immediately pops up! I was always a Blue Peter kid & barely saw Magpie. Odd.
