Wise decision Ovela for choosing Philippines to move in soon. There's lots of beautiful country out there but choosing still the Pearl of the East which is Philippines was so much appreciated and better.
wow Ovela, it's good to know that learning to speak our language helps you navigate your way, going back to Philippines. Good luck and thanks sharing your thoughts to finalized your decision. God bless.
Hello, ovela! It's related to your question about filipino's raspy voice. Uuhm I'd say not because of smoking but natural voice quality either they used to sing well or not. Just like our beauty or faces that we're not looked like identical as one filipino or we're not even looked pure filipino, even if [let's say] those members of one family compared to other sea-countries nationals who got similar faces even if they're not blood-related. Thus, that's one of our innate thing. Bcos my brothers didn't smoke but I've witnessed one of their voices was like that, and It was becoming more than that when he was hitting his adolescence stage. Now his voice was kinda like that, plus the fact that he sang since he was 2y-o. So the early voice exercise or gymnastic was already there really helped to develop as it should be. [It sounds unbelievable or funny but ya It's true that fil babies most likely to sing with their own capability of "humming" when they started to speak most especially at 3y-o when all of senses started to get active bc singing is fil parent's very normal thing or routine to pamper the baby either crying or chilling baby]. -one of your fans, cebu, phils❤
Every islands in the Philippines has its own good and amazing voice talented, skills from the hearts without teaching them, they are just talented gifts from God the father in heaven,it's a gifts or a gifted person or individuals,
As a musician, you can learn on your own if you want. It’s not because you’re a smoker or a drinker, it actually comes naturally one day! Like what happened to me. I was into soul music, and then one day, while singing, it came to me naturally.
