For the seel and dewgong evolution, I propose it could be named "Narwall" to keep in the theme of just being the animal's name, while also referring to its ability to be a defensive wall.
As an ice fairy type that thing is like, built to be a dragon killer... even moreso than Alolan ninetails because I expect it would have more tank status. Alolan ninetails is a bit of a glass cannon.
I really wish Arbok's pattern actually varied by its region of origin. They could absolutely apply thdt retroactively since the location data is saved for every Pokémon
I'd like to vision that Arbok's gonna have a Future Paradox Form based on a hypnotizer with the name Iron Hypnosis and the typing of Psychic/Ghost. What do you think?
I'm pretty bummed he didn't do arbok. Talk avouts pokemon with an awesome design with plenty of room to grow. I mean after the introduction of dark type arbok should of just got it. I mean. Look at its move pull and design plus it definitely has the great structure to have another evolution. It's do its spotlight dang it!
That Bellsprout idea is absolutely top notch, thank you for introducing that concept to my brain! On the topic of not being sure about Shellder, the first ever regional variant I made on the same day they were announced for Sun and Moon was a Water/Fire regional Cloyster, based on underwater volcanic chimneys!
I’ve seen some people expand on the “genesect was made from kabutops” theory to make it “genesect is a future paradox kabutops”. But that’s just a theory/headcannon
Omastar - Iron Eldritch (Psychic/Dark) Kabutops - Iron Reaper (Ghost/Steel) Aerodactyl - Iron Bomber (Dragon/Flying) Cradily - Iron Tentacles (Grass/Water) Armaldo - Iron Samurai (Steel/Fighting) Rampardos - Iron Catapult (Rock/Fighting) Bastiodon - Iron Castle (Rock/Steel) Archeops - Iron Basilisk (Poison/Flying) Carracosta - Iron Knight (Steel/Fighting) Aurorus - Iron Valkyrie (Fairy/Ice) Tyrantrum - Iron Berserker (Dragon/Fighting)
Skipping Nidoking and Nidoqueen feels like a missed opportunity to make a combined paradox form like with Iron Valiant for Gardevoir and Gallade. Other than that I know someone who made her own region with some interesting ideas for the fossils and Doduo line. In addition to giving Doduo a regional variant, a pre-evoltion was added named Doduno, and all fossils were given regional variants to reflect what they might've been like if they never went extinct and got revived, the revival process resulting in alterations that also added the rock type.
Fearow having a past form fits with some Pokedex entries. Moon: "Drawings of a Pokémon resembling Fearow can be seen in murals from deep in ancient history" Yellow and Let's Go: "A Pokémon that dates back many years"
I’ve been imagining a regional variant of a Starmie that takes inspiration more from “shooting stars” with the Fire/Fairy type. But yours is a nice idea.
Unironically the Iron Parasite is one of the coolest ideas I've seen. Why is every single fan made future paradox pokemon so much cooler than the real ones
Would love a regional forms of the paras line that has them before the mushroom infects them. Would be interesting, could even give it a third evo with the idea that the mushroom blocked the future evolution.
An alternate idea for the Victreebel line could be to give it a ground-type regional variant that digs underground to set a trap for its prey (essentially turning it into a sarlakk from Star Wars)
Seaking is criminally underrated I caught a Male Goldeen on my recent playthrough of LeafGreen and used it as my main Water type it was such a wonderful addition to the team. You forgot to mention Galarian Mr Mime and Mr Rime.
I really hope all “gimmick” forms keep moving forward and they do end up expanding upon every family in the 151. If any generation deserves to be fully expanded upon, it’s the first one.
The dewgong narwhal evolution should just be called narwall. So it can fit better with the previous two stages. Also with a defense stat like like it'd be a good physical wall
@@nickdentoom1173 but that's the point. The other names are boring misspellings of the animal they're based on. I think we should keep that trend going

When i was remaking my fan made game i was trying to do this. Trying to make every underrated and forgotten pokemon more useful with evolutions and forms. This is great
I would make Iron Parasyte Grass-Steel. Paras and Parasect are Bug-Grass, representing the animal and the mushroom. So if it's the mushroom and a machine, it would be Grass-Steel.
The Dewgong evo should be called Monawreal Coming from mono (single - referring to its horn) Monodon ( genus name of narwhal) Nawr (is a corruption of narw but made 'cuter') Awe (narwhals were seen as fantastical creatures) Real (see above) And Boreal which I'm too lazy to explain Just an idea I thought which i feel is a much more 'pokemonish' name than simply 'Narwall' which I've seen to death in the comments
For the Dewgong evo, I would call it Norhail, because it sounds similar to Narwhale, it has north & jail as a part of its name, also if you swap the n & h you get horn.
I'd be interested in seeing a video like this for the other generations, I think it's a really cool concept. As far as a name for your Seel family evolution, you said it's based on a Narwhal with high defensive stats why not just follow the name scheme of the family and call it Narwall or something like that, a Narwhal that is a defensive wall.
The Dodrio evolution is cool Seaemperror is really cool I ABSOLUTELY hate Dragonite but that paradox form isn't too bad I like the claws and that it keeps some of the features of Dragonair, Istill wish to this day that Dragonair got a split evolution where it kept it's blue serpentine design.

Dewgong should evolve into Narwally. You could have made a paradox form for Nidoking and Nidoqueen where you combine both (Akin to Gallade and Gardevoir). Maybe its called Angry Empress. I would love if you do this for every generation. Would be fun to see.
I'm a little disappointed that Arbok didn't get anything just because it have different patterns and somehow that's enough to be considered a "different form". But that aside, seeing Fearow, Venomoth and Dodrio's new forms made me really happy. I love these Pokemon and they get so little love. The designs are great! What you think of "Psymoth" for the new Venomoth form? XD
To be fair, Pikachu and Eevee getting a G-max over their evolutions makes sense as they are basically the duo Mascots. Before Sw/Sh we had Let's Go, after all. Not to mention both got an exclusive Z-Move, not even including Cap Pikachu. So while a G-max Bellsprout wouldn't really work, I like the idea of creating lore around Sprout Tower. Then again, a split evolution from Weepinbell feels more fitting to create a new counterpart for Bellossom.
Bro Ekans and Arbok both based off sand snakes so ground poison with thick fat. Nidoking and Nidoqueen with gigantamax with new abilities. And Dodrio should be ground dragon for a mega.
Yeah him not doing arbok, cloytster, Nidoking and Nidoqueen was a lazy cop out since arboks "forms" are purely cosmetic and don't transfer with the Pokémon, cloytsters form isn't a stand alone mon, and saying the nidos would be like meowstic is dumb
I think parasect should be bug/poison or bug/ghost because it´s a zombie. I mean, the parasitic fungus is the actual living being. may a bug poison type paras should evolve into a bug/ghost type parasect
The Dewgong evolution could be named Narwall, since Seel = seal and Dewgong = Dugong, and it could have high Defense and HP. Also, I feel like Ditto could get a future Paradox form, with it having an upgraded version of Transform that only works in Double Battles and can combine the two Pokemon its facing (which would never happen because it would be agony to code, but it would be really cool lore-wise). The Mew version is super cool, by the way
Hot takes: That Mew should be a Primal form, a la Primal Groudon and Kyogre. Primal Mew becomes pure in mind and spirit. Its special stats skyrocket, and it gains a unique ability, Emotional Quotient, which sharply raises its evasion and accuracy; the flavor here is that Primal Mew awakens its "genetic predecessor" abilities upon Primal Reversion, so it knows and feels what its opponent is thinking and doing. Mega Ditto. When it uses Transform, it becomes the mathematically perfect version of its opponent, as if the opponent had perfect competitive EVs/IVs. The copy is no longer merely a copy, it has improved upon the original! Gigantamax Cloyster. Drawing inspiration from those horrifying bivalves with hundreds of eyes and teeth, Gigantamax Cloyster becomes a monstrosity which promises nothing but horrifying, painful death. It can use G-Max Recoil, which combines the effects of Max Guard, Counter, AND Mirror Coat, cancelling incoming damage but still returning it. Outside of status effects and DoT moves, G-Max Cloyster is the ultimate stall. Paras evolution, where the bug conquered the fungus, using the nutrients to become the best version of itself. It loses the grass typing, gains big defensive/HP stats and the Huge Power ability, although its HP and speed are still lacking.

Can't believe an American has to remind the Brit about the Pokemon from his own region. 😜 But in all seriousness, these are all really great! Bellsprout and Iron Parasite being my favorites with the Fearow coming in a close 2nd/3rd!
I could see a future paradox form for dodrio in which it has 5 heads like a hydra. Each head would have an elemental power coursing through its metal body (similar to miraidon), tying into one of it's signature moves "tri attack", with maybe electric, fire, ice, water and flying. It would be a flying/dragon type
I was just browsing the Kanto dex on HOME, and thinking about how few Pokémon are missing a new form or something, it's really nuts how this vid just came out!
Seel / Dewgongs evolution could be “Manati”, still just Manatee but at least it looks more different than the other two + has Mana in there for fairy magic stuff
Iron Paladin looks badass! It would honestly feed into the theory that future variants are man-made machines trying to replicate extinct Pokemon but with certain changes due to lacking information (Iron Valiant beign a prime example)
That Starmie form is something I NEED to see Like I visualised it crawling across a beach and chasing you like the Isle Of Armour Sharpedo I've always LOVED Starmie and I've always thought it needed more love, either through an evolution, regional, or something simple like a new ability or attack that makes it meta relevant But a bejeweled starfish that crawls? that'd be like one of my all time fav Pokémon
I made a messed up varient of Ditto before that was evolved from Eevee. Its pokedex Entries were: > Given Eevee's unstable DNA and how some people chose to breed it, it became the new regional ditto... People can't handle the truth and are afraid to acknowdlege what they didn to the litlle pokemon. > Bred to curruption, this ditto isn't like other dittos and many fear it because of it. All it wants is love but many who "love" it, only like its breeding capabilites. Something that was soon banned unless you have a special breeding licence.
I made a Hypno variant for a region I was working on that was Psychic/Fire and inspired by Mayan Statues. It has a disc crown and is covered in gold jewelry. Its dex entry is about how the sun will only rise if it is witnessed by this Hypno.
That Mew looks like it would be a Paradox Pokemon. But personally, I like the idea that perhaps it's neither a past nor future varient. Or perhaps in some way, it's both. Perhaps what makes it a future version could be that in the future, scientists try to clone Mew again. But rather than trying to make another Mewtwo, they wanted to make a machine version (like many other future versions) while splicing in Mew's DNA as a way to resurrect Mew that way. However, Mew's DNA refused to be spliced into an artificial body like that. It did however successfully splice with the computer code though for some reason. This resulted in an etherial form that is a fusion of DNA and computer code. Because it knows that humanity shouldn't have that kind of power (or perhaps just because Mew is mischievous like that), Mew teleports away. But with this new Paradox Power, the teleport didn't just change it's position in space, but also time. It went into the distant past and became the ancestor of all Pokemon, making all Pokemon the result of human engineering and also creating the bootstrap PARADOX. But the Paradox doesn't end there. This future version of Mew that has now become a past version, with time, evolves (real evolution, not Pokemon evolution) into the Mew we recognize today. So to break it down, Mew is a future Paradox Pokemon that went into the past and became a past Paradox Pokemon and became the present day Mew. Paradox Mew is a clone of itself, and Pokemon exist because people tried to create a Paradox clone of an already existing Pokemon. That's 2 Bootstrap Paradoxes in 1. Paradox Mew isn't just a Paradox Pokemon, it's THE Paradox Pokemon. And Paradox Mew being partly computer code as well as being the ancestor of all Pokemon could explain why Pokemon can be digitally transferred through a computer. Because all other Pokemon, being the descendants of Paradox Mew have DNA that is also part computer code. As for the new evolution for the Seel line, you might as well keep with the naming convention and name it something like Narwaul.
It's actually not that Dragonite is an out there evolution for the Dratini line, it's that Dratini and Dragonair are an out there pre-evolution for the Dragonite line. I love Iron Paladin and want it so bad, Dragonite has always been one of my favorites and adding a little Dragonair and giant mech to it is even more appealing!
“I think Bellsprout is a Pokemon with more personality than Victreebel is” Meanwhile: Weepingbell crying in the corner because everyone always forgets the middle child exists.
honestly much like flapple/appletun g-max, the bellsprout g-max could be given to victreebel despite looking more bellsprout-ish i think - with the sprout tower lore being the monks believed it was a giant bellsprout due to its appearance and regular bellsprouts being more common/nearby

Gigantamax Belsprout being a inspiration for Belsprout Tower is such a genius idea.
Aw thank you ^_^
Personally i think a future paradox form for the fossils pokemon would be really funny to see where they would have evolved to
I’ve seen some people expand on the “genesect was made from kabutops” theory to make it “genesect is a future paradox kabutops”. But that’s just a theory/headcannon
Omastar - Iron Eldritch (Psychic/Dark)
Kabutops - Iron Reaper (Ghost/Steel)
Aerodactyl - Iron Bomber (Dragon/Flying)
Cradily - Iron Tentacles (Grass/Water)
Armaldo - Iron Samurai (Steel/Fighting)
Rampardos - Iron Catapult (Rock/Fighting)
Bastiodon - Iron Castle (Rock/Steel)
Archeops - Iron Basilisk (Poison/Flying)
Carracosta - Iron Knight (Steel/Fighting)
Aurorus - Iron Valkyrie (Fairy/Ice)

Okay, but past paradox fossil pokemon would also be cool, basically representative of what they pokemon USED to be.

Im so glad that they're beginning to expand on the the idea adding new members, regional forms, divergent evolution etc
7:46 Didn’t mention that Slowbro also got mega evolution, makes me realize that the Slowpoke line gets a lot of love from devs lol
Slowbro was one the oldest designs added to the game, it has to be some developer's favorite.
Dewgong evolution should be called Nahrwahl, because it is the same names the species like the rest of the line.
Fearow having a past form fits with some Pokedex entries.
Moon: "Drawings of a Pokémon resembling Fearow can be seen in murals from deep in ancient history"
Yellow and Let's Go: "A Pokémon that dates back many years"
To follow along with the naming pattern of Seel and Dewgong, for that evolution I am thinking Narwall! Love this video concept! 😊

I was just browsing the Kanto dex on HOME, and thinking about how few Pokémon are missing a new form or something, it's really nuts how this vid just came out!
That Dodrio form could be a future Paradox Pokemon that isn't an unimaginative bloody robot.
Seel / Dewgongs evolution could be “Manati”, still just Manatee but at least it looks more different than the other two + has Mana in there for fairy magic stuff
I personally wish there *was* a split evolution from Dragonair, one that kept the elegance/theme of it
Iron Paladin looks badass! It would honestly feed into the theory that future variants are man-made machines trying to replicate extinct Pokemon but with certain changes due to lacking information (Iron Valiant beign a prime example)
That Starmie form is something I NEED to see
Like I visualised it crawling across a beach and chasing you like the Isle Of Armour Sharpedo
I've always LOVED Starmie and I've always thought it needed more love, either through an evolution, regional, or something simple like a new ability or attack that makes it meta relevant
But a bejeweled starfish that crawls? that'd be like one of my all time fav Pokémon
Dewgon evo should be called wail or gnar-wail to play off how their names are just animal names

I made a messed up varient of Ditto before that was evolved from Eevee.
Its pokedex Entries were:
> Given Eevee's unstable DNA and how some people chose to breed it, it became the new regional ditto...
That Staryu regional evolution sounds like Starro from DC Comics with the invasive species angle
As somebody that used a Dewgong in Let's Go Pikachu, I can confirm that it is in desperate need in of an Evolution.
Great video Toby! I love the artwork for all of these new forms, really good stuff!!
“I think Bellsprout is a Pokemon with more personality than Victreebel is”
Meanwhile: Weepingbell crying in the corner because everyone always forgets the middle child exists.
The hilarity of not having a name idea for Narwal after mentioning the literal names of Seal & Dugong 🤣🤣
honestly much like flapple/appletun g-max, the bellsprout g-max could be given to victreebel despite looking more bellsprout-ish i think - with the sprout tower lore being the monks believed it was a giant bellsprout due to its appearance and regular bellsprouts being more common/nearby
Psyduck and Golduck not getting any new forms is an extra shame since it has appeared in almost every regional Pokemon to date...
