In 1993 i Raced at the IOM TT . Got there 4 weeks early to learn the track and played golf at Castletown almost everyday . Amazing hospitality from head pro Murray Crow , His wife and daughter and everyone in the club house
Absolutely gorgeous golf course and facilities. Yes, fellers. You should really name and shame the courses that wouldn't let you on or treated you with impolite arrogance. You two are some of the best ambassadors for golf on TH-cam, so the way you are treated at any course you play reflects directly on those courses, and tells those of us who are watching how the course personnel treat us. In todays scramble, I do believe that the reception you got directly fed into the joy you shared with us as you played this wonderful track.
Great series James, which has become my staple watch when cooking Sunday lunch. I know it would be controversial but you should name and shame the clubs that have declined to be part of this. A TH-camr on a much smaller channel took a similar approach, and a few of the clubs u-turned after getting feedback from members/customers.
Loving this series. Course is pretty near to where I live - but a bit expensive for ordinary folk, £50 for a buggy is toppy and unjust too. Magnificent course though
Monaco GP, Premiership play off final, Alcaraz at Roland Garros...all live!! And I chose to watch two pals hit a ball round a good, but wet golf course!! From a sports mad guy like me thats a decent accolade for your channel...great series!
Loving this series. Great looking courses and feels it would be a great experience to do a tour of them! And yes name shame the unfriendliest and most unhelpful courses.
So this is probably going to sound a bit daft, but the audio on this particular channel is a bit low in comparison to any of the other channels that I watch. Not terrible but noticeable from one channel to the next. Am I the only one? I'm glad they're not peaking the audio either way! Thanks for the content James!
Great to watch as usual. I’ve played Camberley Heath a number of times. I now live in the North West. Don’t tell northerners that it’s in London. You’ll frighten them off. It’s about 12 miles further away from London than Wentworth. Well played lads.
I played Camberley Heath a couple of years ago and absolutely adored it; made me fall in love with heathland courses. Was great watching the pair of you tear it up.
I'm enjoying these videos. Thanks for putting me onto Seed golf balls. I purchased a bulk discount of the SD-01, and they're better than every major brand available.
I love these 2 guys. Bobby. Their respective channels. This series. Its brilliant. Fairmont got a round out me and my son because of your series. Takomo has me buying a utility iron but not sure about seed.
What a contrast when the head pro and staff are welcoming and helpful against the posers who do not want you filming a free publicity video 🤦 Easily the best course you and Chris have featured 👍, beautiful.
Nice course Camberley heath, lots of good heathland courses nearby taboot. Glad you enjoyed your visit, even if you did bring northern weather with you
Got off on the wrong foot last week James when I got on the piss and gave you an uppercut for buying online. Anyway.... I really do enjoy your banter with Chris. Hope a sub and like helps you out. I'm in the colonies so obviously poor breaking rocks every day 😂🇦🇺
Know exactly where your coming from about welcomes. Me and a few mates played st Anne’s old links last month on a trip and the welcome we had was fantastic. Weather had been bad and the golf manager met us at the door, welcomed us and then apologised for some holes not being how they’d want them and said he was knocking 25% off. Course was actually in great condition but with 2 holes shortened. Next day where we played was total opposite, 3 holes shut, 3 shortened and when we mentioned a discount to the pro gave me a dirty look and said well you can play 1st, 17th & 18th twice. Course was in terrible condition, won’t be going back.
@@geoffhiggins742 We have the same in Indonesia. Clubs that were members only are now open to the public. Some are closed Saturday and Sunday mornings for members only. This is good for everyone, it boosts the clubs revenue and allows us to play on great well maintained golf courses.
Is your next Top 100 in the U.K.? Camberley is 84th in England and worthy of it. I don’t know the fees but I would guess £3.5k. Does anyone know out there please?
I'm all for name and shame the courses that won't let you on. I'm sure many of your subscribers would be interested and avoid them. Unless they have full membership and don't want green fees or to promote their courses I don't see why clubs would not want the exposure
Is every Sunday scramble killing golf? Very similar thumbnails last few weeks 😂 Maybe your two ball scramble, with James Robinson (the fastest golfer on the planet), is just a really fast grouping....
Not sure when you stop tracking the comments, but 1) love these vids, and 2) I can't get used to hoodie culture. I can't think of any reason to wear one. It isn't like you donned the hoods during the rain...
Honestly it’s embarrassing guys out here with 15 to 20 handicaps taking longer than guys with single digits and they wonder why they play bad golf ,4 hours to get round a medal at my local is becoming a common thing . There’s slow play then there’s taking the piss
I don’t need all those likes to voice where I was just astounded by the attitude of a particular golf club. Arbroath staff made me feel so stupid, so unwelcome, I left immediately.
Totally agree with you about the course staff making you feel welcome is so important to the enjoyable start to a round.
As someone who works in a shop I feel it is are job to treat are players like they should be treated. And wanna come back with friend's

"... shame he's not as happy" Great tour fellows really enjoying the videos!
Two things...
The constant banter and "taking the piss out of each other," is brilliant
I'm shocked there was no review of the bacon sandwich 😲
I think you should post the courses anyway. A Golf course should be a welcoming place for everybody, call them out if they're being snobs.

Great course and some great golf. One of my favourite series on TH-cam.
Loving this series. Course is pretty near to where I live - but a bit expensive for ordinary folk, £50 for a buggy is toppy and unjust too. Magnificent course though

sprinklers were on due to spraying the greens...
when u get a good welcome, it just makes the golf more relaxed...
Lovely course, not sure about the on course food, no mars bars???
Really enjoyed that James and Chris, lovely course, great craic sports fans.Thank you.
You fellas make me laugh. THANKS! Poor Bobby, the butt of all jokes.
Wonderful golf lads on a great course. Loved the vlog Well done as always 👍
What? No seaside treeless course. Loved the course.
Ha, on the bread line. What car do you drive? 🤣🤣
Slumming it in his Fezza
Excellent round. Striking the ball really well James
At £98 for greenfees I would expect the staff to carry me round the golf course on a sedan chair
Agree great course - but try Hankley Common or Worplesdon - even better!
Loving this series. Great looking courses and feels it would be a great experience to do a tour of them! And yes name shame the unfriendliest and most unhelpful courses.
Well done lads. Good performance. Robo must be the best Putter tickler on TH-cam! Keep it up.

Thought Chris was a putting Ng coach - through 11 he’s putted like me 😂
Normally dont comment on vids but you guys are keeping it real for the North enjoy the rest of the tour loving watching you two and the banter 😅
Most enjoyable one yet beautiful course great entertainment keep it up and good luck
Can we get an in-depth review on the Yorkshire flapjack 😂
Fast becoming my favourite part of Sunday. Superb stuff lads!
Great to watch as usual. I’ve played Camberley Heath a number of times. I now live in the North West. Don’t tell northerners that it’s in London. You’ll frighten them off. It’s about 12 miles further away from London than Wentworth.
Well played lads.
That was fricken’ awesome fella’s…The course looked absolutely majestic
Amazing looking course,,,,Name and shame,,Costs nothing to be nice
Another masterpiece. I look forward to these each week and haven't been disappointed
I played Camberley Heath a couple of years ago and absolutely adored it; made me fall in love with heathland courses. Was great watching the pair of you tear it up.
What a spectacular course and some great golf by you guys! Bobby missed out on this one.
Truly wonderful course, not a bad hole anywhere
I'm enjoying these videos. Thanks for putting me onto Seed golf balls. I purchased a bulk discount of the SD-01, and they're better than every major brand available.
It’s alright Chris. I miss those short putts as well and it hurts. 😅
Interesting with you guys - we get two for the "price" (free) of one. Chris with the big-easy swing and you with the relatively energetic swipe.
"If it's broken anything it certainly wasn't ours."
Laughed at that for a good bit.
I love these 2 guys. Bobby. Their respective channels. This series. Its brilliant. Fairmont got a round out me and my son because of your series. Takomo has me buying a utility iron but not sure about seed.
Lovely track and very nice round you two.
What a contrast when the head pro and staff are welcoming and helpful against the posers who do not want you filming a free publicity video 🤦
Easily the best course you and Chris have featured 👍, beautiful.
These videos are so relaxing and enjoyable to watch - keep it up lads 👍🏼
would be good if you did a green fee total after each course.
Great content again. Hope you enjoy Hindhead. I loved it. Peter Allis used to be a member there i believe.
I thoroughly enjoyed this course, and the staff were particularly welcoming.
Hindhead were also great, so hopefully you enjoyed that round as much.
Nice course Camberley heath, lots of good heathland courses nearby taboot. Glad you enjoyed your visit, even if you did bring northern weather with you
Great vlog and what a superb course presented beautifully. Never played CH but now that I’ve seen it, definitely on the list 👌
Great content, can't wait for Bobby to get back and cure my seasickness though!!
Super course and good golf. Job done
I'm on the Isle of Man, hope you're gonna play Ramsey best condition course on the Island.
Genuinely look forward to this every week. My favourite TH-cam golf content
Superb video James. 👍👍👍
That video was one of the best I've watched in a while. Thanks guys👍👍
Absolutely brilliant looking course, and that little cottage is simply adorable.
James, the trouble with working harder for a nicer estate is that you don't get to enjoy the estate. Zero-sum game, I'm afraid!
Come to Cyprus chaps, we have a big yellow disc in the sky, would go well with the shorts
Thoroughly enjoyed watching this vlog, very professional and great golf on a fantastic course to boot. Well done guys.
Mini Driver how good.Great golf course and the best I’ve seen the dream team play
"Oh I tell you what Mr. Dennis"... seemed like an epic day. Good vid guys.
Wow, that ninth tee is intimidating!
What putter is under that PXG cover? Is that the one James uses?
Great looking course...
The Neil Warnock reference didn’t go over my head 🙌🏼 we’re in London aren’t we
The prettiest course you gentlemen have played
Got off on the wrong foot last week James when I got on the piss and gave you an uppercut for buying online. Anyway.... I really do enjoy your banter with Chris. Hope a sub and like helps you out. I'm in the colonies so obviously poor breaking rocks every day 😂🇦🇺
Every round of golf needs a Chris to make it bearable when the inevitable sh** happens
Love ya golf vlogs … keep it up
I think Camberley Heath is a little underrated. Great heathland course, but has just the right amount of quirk.
They could plant the seed if its in the garden and grow a golf ball tree
Very well played guy’s down my neck of the woods

Looks more like a private club, really nice
It is a private club Michael . But like most "private" clubs, visitors and members guests are allowed.

One of my favourite Harry Colt courses
ahh also - Bisley Ranges!
Why wouldnt every single golf course welcome you in this way!
why not Jersey on you travels?
James! Own baller on hole 4 for Chris🍺
great presentation ... drop the hard to understand British accent ... oldtony
Is your next Top 100 in the U.K.?
Camberley is 84th in England and worthy of it.
I don’t know the fees but I would guess £3.5k. Does anyone know out there please?
See you at Castletown GC lads.
Be nice if you could let us know what the green fees are at these courses you’re playing……..unless I missed that information
When are you coming to the Isle of Man?
I'm all for name and shame the courses that won't let you on. I'm sure many of your subscribers would be interested and avoid them.

How about videos in 4k and 2k as well?
Of course; buggy means no Bobby!
Am I right in saying the Golf Life boys played this course in a recent video
Banger! 🔥
James I have the same drone!
Is every Sunday scramble killing golf?
Very similar thumbnails last few weeks 😂
Maybe your two ball scramble, with James Robinson (the fastest golfer on the planet), is just a really fast grouping....
Flapjacks are pancakes in the states.
Isle of Man? Did you mean Wight?🤣
No Barry, Isle of Man… Castletown… is that ok?
Not sure when you stop tracking the comments, but 1) love these vids, and 2) I can't get used to hoodie culture. I can't think of any reason to wear one. It isn't like you donned the hoods during the rain...
I just find them more comfortable
Just get Bobby to edit the rain out.
Hindhead will blow your mind
Honestly it’s embarrassing guys out here with 15 to 20 handicaps taking longer than guys with single digits and they wonder why they play bad golf ,4 hours to get round a medal at my local is becoming a common thing . There’s slow play then there’s taking the piss
I hate slow golf
I don’t need all those likes to voice where I was just astounded by the attitude of a particular golf club. Arbroath staff made me feel so stupid, so unwelcome, I left immediately.
You guys had so many close misses.
Do you ever see the sun
is it me or do these greens look extremely slow?
