Hurt people hurt people. That helps me remember to be compassionate. It's easier when you know someone's history, but I'm trying to remember that strangers also have history. Not that I have it all under control, but I'm trying. Also, wouldn't we all be happier if everyone felt loved and supported, rather than fearful and suspicious? Our Western culture has promoted too much rivalry, so we all deserve compassion for that alone. We are so fortunate to have access to these wise Eastern teachings...live long and prosper, Your Holiness! 🙏

Patience, compassion, kindness, happiness and unity make us more stronger even though we face issues of emotional imbalance in life. We all need to be in harmony internally and externally, this is different from person to person. Empathy, sympathy, love and pity are qualities which can be trained/taught to a person, so that the emotional level will be in harmony to balance when there is disturbance. Anger and hatred are not the key terms for happy well being. It is important to include lessons for kids about compassion and kindness which may make kids more stronger to handle emotional issues in life when they grow up.

Good Karma itself is rooted in intention and motivation, so in effect it all comes down to the individual's state of Mind. Mind is the sole creator of bad, neutral and good.
Therefore benefiting others with good motivation without hidden agenda in long run brings back good health and good lucks. If you don't want to become a looser at the far end then you start treating others well mentally and physically

    Death
Time is everything and everything is now. Everything will change according to time. I have come to change the time that left my children to suffer the pain of hell. All human beings in the world were created by good and evil. Before everyone goes astray, I will bring salvation to all through death and bring them to balance. I am death too.

Umm SPONTANEITY , so first what is a decision is all ready "false" it may mimic that which is genuine but isn't , thus is NOT ideal , nor correct , but if we have embraced and transformed or perfectly understood the nature of our anger then we can be genuinely- compassionate , but yes not hurting means the attitude behind the action that is un transformed repressed it will appear hostile and actually induce anger !

20 years after, science is still wondering what is the definition of emotions! What ethic is and what destructive emotions are. Imagine you had to chose between following science and Buddhist path 20 years ago : You better follow buddhist path, it's faster! Because explaining the definition of emotions is the basis and the beginning of this whole understanding. Allow me to add something about destructive emotions : they might also be defined with the selfishness of the intent, not only the want to harm others...

Happyness is overrated, happyness depends on your situation in the flesh While joy produces fruits in all seasons. A fools fool can be made happy with a lie. Joy is invulnerable to the schemings of self serving men.
I see that it was in error to let them set you up as a king. Jesus cures, and instructs men seeking complete light transformation not to get involved in pineal gland symbols and items. The things that pass away and go into the dirt are impurities? What do you think of Jesus's instructions for total light transformation? And of His teachings on the taking of herbs. The herbs are from the sky, even the Stars are not pure in the presence of their Creator.

    Where is God?
Every living thing has an energy and that energy is also present in humans .Energy is the current needed to operate a human computer
    1. Energy is evolved through evolution
    2. All that is not energy is transformed into soil through evolution.
Man is not like other animals, he has memories .The mind is the sum total of the knowledge he has acquired since childhood .The mind is different for everyone .Because everyone is born with a different mind, life is a story created by man .How religion is a story created by man.
All religions call God by many names .Everything is an energy that is created in us .There are many different emotions in the body .These emotions cause different chemical reactions in the body. These chemical reactions are the joys and sorrows we experience.10000 memories come in a minute and whatever energy is selected in that memory changes that memory .Thus the evolving memories are forgotten as his character
Alternating chemical reactions in the body is not good for the body. People in the past used to say that every human being needs a goal. It is a way of balancing the mind.
Prayer is not a small thing .If the body is in balance with nature, it must have a peaceful mind .Prayer is an easy way to do that, no matter what religion you believe in, no matter what God you respond to, the body wants a chemical reaction that gives you a peaceful mind.
