Coloring liquid recipe:
1 tbsp of water
1 tbsp of vodka
1/2 tsp of glycerin

I understood when you brushed your petals with water an gleciren its took shape right❤
The petal curls because of the moisture. You can use just water (glycerin makes the petals more pliable).

Sure! Glycerin is optional. You can use just water or the mixture of vodka and water (it will dry slightly faster than just water).

What’s kind of wafer paper do u use? I bought some in Amazon 6mm thick, i think it’s too thick to make this one. Thank you for your support 🥰🥰
You are right: 6 mm is to thick for wafer paper Magnolia. I use this wafer paper from Amazon: amzn.to/3vJu869
It doesn't specify the thickness of the paper, but I think it's 0.3 mm.

Клей можно сделать дома - нужно смешать маленькие обрезки вафельной бумаги с водой (в соотношении где-то 50:50) и или оставить его на ночь, или прогреть в микроволновке секунд 30 (может больше в зависимости от количества клея и мощности микроволновки). Размешать всё хорошо. Бумага должна раствориться и клей будет однородной консистенции.
Хранить его нужно в холодильнике.

Can i ask you- how the petals stays flexible? I can see, when you arranging flower, you still can bend petals a little to make shape, but mine are very hard 🤔 thank you in advance!!
To assemble the flower I don’t dry the petals completely (a few hours is a great time for this; but a few days will be too much for this task) - after a few hours the petals will be dry enough to touch them, bend a little bit, and move around.

I used 24 gauge floral wire (cloth covered).
Yes, you can buy thin wafer paper on Amazon. I always buy mine there.

It is wafer paper glue. To make it mix equal parts of wafer paper and water, mix well and microwave for a little bit or mix wafer paper with boiling hot water.

I use coloring liquid (1 tbsp of water, 1 tbsp of vodka and 1/2 tsp of glycerin).
Glycerin softens wafer paper, and even after water and alcohol evaporate, the petals still remain a little bit pliable and don't crack.

Can I use glycerin from pharmacy
Glycerin from pharmacy is not safe to eat, but wafer paper flowers are considered to be just a decor, not for consumption.
Glycerin from the pharmacy works great for wafer paper.

There is no need to buy wafer paper glue. It is very easy and fast to make 🙂
Mix approximately half a cup of small wafer paper pieces with half a cup of water cover with plastic wrap and let it sit overnight at room temperature.
If you would like to make it faster, mix wafer paper pieces with hot water and microwave for about 5-10 seconds. Mix until the mixture becomes uniform and wafer paper pieces dissolve.
Store wafer paper glue in the fridge.
What is wafer paper glue?
It is a mixture of wafer paper shreds and water. I like to use 50/50 ration. Mix wafer paper shreds with water and either let it sit overnight or you can microwave it for a minute.
When wafer paper dissolves, you will get a sticky mixture - wafer paper glue.
