I have a question though, I want to decorate a buttercream wedding cake with wafer paper roses but the wafer paper is way too white for buttercream cake, what colour do you think I can use ( there's no beige) or dust do you think will work. Thank you so much

Yes you can. I would suggest to use an airbrush or dry petal dust
Can I use another product insted tonic? I cant buy glicerin.
You can use just water, just be mindful of the quantities
