You should understand that the old story only matters when you give it attention. The more you accept it and let it go, the more you start expecting new outcomes with excitement, the faster the old story will solve itself. You will transition in the new one without even noticing

one of the best most meaningful videos you have posted. a lot of people make the mistake (including myself before) of trying to manifest someone back who they don’t truly forgive fully. this is key. what helps me and has helped me with childhood trauma is closing my eyes and going into a deep meditative state and envisioning this person very lovingly genuinely apologizing to me, with light and warmth.

Like you said I am manifesting my sp since more or less 2 years but at times I get so angry because I haven’t forgiven yet and that’s my missing puzzle piece. The event happened to us was so painful. Part of my soul was damaged. I’ve decided to forgive him very early on because I know I am the other side of coin, but I’d feel angry and sad when some old stories come back. I realized I can not rush the process of forgiving him but give myself more patience and compassion. Now I’m practicing forgiving through daily meditation. He told me he needs some time to work on forgiving himself and to reflect what has happened. I trust soon one day forgiveness will happen naturally and nothing is in the way between us. We’ll have a heart to heart conversation to this experience. I forgive him and I wish him well. ❤
