Hey Matt, since you asked! lol, the Bengals mascot is called "Who Dey" because it's slang for "Who are they?" basically mocking their opponent.

Saw Man utd logo and I was okay, I am going watch this
I don't understand the difference between symbol and emblem
symbol doesn't contain typography while an emblem often features the brand name in type. Atleast my thoughts after watching the video.
A symbol is a simple single graphic. An emblem has multiple constituent parts, often including type.
I feel a solid definition for each would have been more helpful then just showing examples with a vague definition. I found it hard to take notes.
