In Ukraine, potatoes are the number one product. We eat it in different versions, but this is the first time I've seen such a dish. I will definitely try to cook it.
You'll love this dish... This is known as 'Pakoras'. Apart from potatoes these are also made from a variety of veggies like onions (these ones are also super tasty), cauliflower, long green chillies, daal (pulses)...
