I haven't idea. Most people around 100kg + use 2000lbs in front and 2500lbs rear. I riding stock red springs. They have maybe 1500.. nobody knows. Changing springs are expensive so I using stock with my 95kg

I have it with valve facing down. It is not recommended, but it leaking the same way as with valve up.

Dude do you really think a shock that small needs compression damping? My Fox Van R im my dh bike only has rebound like this
