Started off pretty funney ..it reminded me of a cartoon .like the road runner .the coyote puts together a machine to catch the road runner and ya turn machine on and boom it comes apart like yours did lol .it just made me laugh and I said oh no lol anyways thx for the laugh this morning ..godbless and stay safe
Real men don't need no instructions. 😁😆😅🤣 Looked like it shelled the ears pretty clean, you just need "Flack Gear" to operate it. 😁😆😅🤣 Looking forward to seeing what you & Dad Strength to modify it. 👍🏻👍🏻 I'm a little surprised that you guys haven't found an old antique corn sheller at a farm auction to use. Thanks for sharing.
You might have been better looking for an old hand crank Sheller at an estate sale and take the crank off and install pulleys and motor. The green pulley needs to be bigger so it don’t turn as fast and throw corn everywhere
Yeah I’ve been actually looking for one of the old hand crank ones.....yes I want to change pulley size I’ll have to make something with my lathe to thread on the shaft the put a pulley on
Greatest quote of the whole deal - "I told you it was a Gleaner, cobs going in the hopper...." I'm still laughing and I don't have anything against Gleaner at all.
Interesting 'axial flow' corn sheller! I was hoping it would work better - something just a bit bigger than the hand sheller should handle the corn better. But this one has the potential to be able to feed more than 1 ear at a time - after you figure out how to redesign the feed to keep the ears lengthwise! It should be able to separate the cobs from kernels if you design all the surrounding material flow control.
Nice! How to purchase and how much?
Funniest thing I've seen all week. When that belt flew off I almost fell out of my chair laughing.
😂😂😂
As in the words of Tim Taylor the Tool Man, MORE POWER
😂😂😂
Great video love seeing the cheap Chinese stuff being tested
I hear a Tim the tool man Taylor moment in the future lol.

Your welcome lol
Tilt it up on the feed end. Make the cons go out of the tub. Put a tube to direct the corn kernels where you want them to go.
I was thinking about that
In the words of cousin Eddie from Christmas vacation “she’s a beaut Clark”
😂😂😂😂😂
There goes the warranty!🤣😂
throw a moving blanket over everything but the feed ramp and to save on clean up set the whole thing on a large tarp
I’m think about making a sheet metal shell for it that would prevent everything flying around I got an idea
That is quite a rig. Ar least it works. I didn't have much hope for it at first
So are you gonna bolt a big ol 8v to it to make really run
671 Detroit 😂😂😂

Looks awesome.
You need chutes to direct the cob away from the shelled corn. Should have come with ear plugs.
Yep that’s going to be one of the up grades and a away to make it quieter
Holy crap what a Pyle. I almost bought that thing too. Haha
Lol yeah it needs some help
Good product
Did Dad call it a Chinese Gleaner? That was funny!!! I can’t wait to see what you and Dad Strength 💪🏼💪🏼 do with this.
Yes he did lol

Well... It shells corn👍👌🤣😂
Thats pretty funny. One could put a heavy blanket over most of it and keep the corn under control, no?
That could possibly work yes
Looks like it shoots more down our at the operator then comes out the bottom!

Hahah 😂😂😂 this video actually turned in to a comedy we had alot of fun with that goofy sheller
You definitely need safety glasses with that thing!!
I like it.
That thing needs a set of Gordan bars....
Made an enclosed feed area that just has a joke big enough to put sone corn in
Take it to Alaska and use it for a sluice box. Lol
Doc
Use it more like a rock crusher lol
@@dirtgrainsteel it is still cool. Milk the fun out of it!
Looks like it works--but are there better ones out there? No on off switch--safety hazard. Kinda hard to hear you, but good video.
It's not a Fendt Ideal, but it does shell corn. lol
👍👏👏👏

If was me all the hardware would be down that drain.
I want it
You guys didn't know you were making a comedy video did you
Lol no we didn't
That’s a John Deere 0.9670sts 🤣
😂😂😂😂😂

That thing looks like the 3 stooges designed it.
