It took a lot longer for people of color to get that right. It kind of existed, but it wasn't a reality until 1964 with the 24th Amendment stopped the poll tax, the 1965 we had the voting rights act. We still need to get rid of the Electoral College. One vote per person should be equal in every state.
There might be some that are more matriarchal or equal / equital(equity plural?), but they either became so small or replaced by more common patriarchal or male-dominated equality. And even if there was , they probably were "female warrior" like amazons and others or some women are superior to men ,but not all of them.
