    That’s a shame about the rice at the Chinese. Luckily my local Chinese does a vegan fried rice option

      Ohhh that's so good!! I may email my local Chinese and ask if they could start offering something similar... and also a vegan lemon chicken... and also a vegan crispy beef.. I could go on haha!!!

    3:51 you need to put a bit of sugar in to activate the yeast. It also tastes good, the salt too has its function. I’m a bit of a homemade pizza pro! I do them every Friday. I’m at the added fine ground semolina whilst rolling stage of discovery now! 🍕

      Ahhh okay! That's good to know! It still rose without the sugar, but next time I'll follow the recipe as it says to, and see if it makes a difference!! Semolina whilst rolling is a baking level
      I aspire to reach one day! I'd love to make my own sourdough, but also that seems like such a faff! 🤣
