July 4th Bike Ride Colorado Springs 2019

We took the Pikes Peak Greenway Trail into downtown Colorado Springs July 4th, 2019. Along the way we stopped at Colorado College, America the Beautiful Park, and saw the construction site for the US Olympic Museum. We had a fantastic lunch at Streetcar 520 and then meandered our way to Memorial Park where the fireworks show would be later that evening. Then the long trek back to the car. We stumbled across a great ice cream shop that filled us with enough energy to make it back to the car as the rain began.
