Have you ever had issues with it not cutting after replacing blade ? Mine is operating but not cutting thinking tension off but not sure how to adjust it

First double check the blade installation , make sure everything is correct... aligned and tight...
Then Tighten the tension knob all the way down... then back it off one and a half turns... start from there.
