Fall Out Boy is an amazing band whose music is highly relatable to much of my life. I'd highly recommend the songs "I don't care" and "Thnks fr th Mmrs" and "Sugar we're going down"
Save Rock n Roll, the album from which this song comes, is fire beginning to end, with really amazing features. Also, they turned every song into a music video, the compilation of which is a mini horror movie. Which is almost as fire as the music. Everything about what they did for this album is incredible. 2 Chainz was featured in the official music video for this specific song, as an example, and he was HILARIOUS.
Patrick had explained in interviews that he went all out on each song on Save Rock and Roll because he never thought he’d be singing so many of them regularly. He’s always underestimated his talent. It’s why the “on fire” is different live. They did 2 songs at the Victoria secret fashion show, one was this, that was very good live and the played a couple songs at a hockey game as well that really showed how good Patrick’s voice can be live.
Fall Out Boy is an absolutely pinnacle version of being classically good at their genre. They never did anything too far outside of the parameters of pop-punk (other than maybe dipping into the theatrics a bit) but they did it SO incredibly well. I could rave all day about Andy's dumming, Joe's power chords, Patrick's voice or Pete's songwriting - most of their songs aren't about one specific thing, but more so dancing poetically around a theme - or I can just say that I am very excited for you to listen to more of their stuff. All of their stuff. Great songs to start with are Sugar We're Going Down which was their first huge splash onto radio, I Don't Care has one of the best badass energies of any of their music, Tiffany Blews is such a cool composition of sounds, or 20 Dollar Nose Bleed with Brendon Urie like I saw someone else suggest. Another fun fact about the album that this song is on, Save Rock And Roll, is that they made music videos for each one that created what is basically a short feature film running through the album. After you're done listening to them for TH-cam you should watch through those.
There's a song called 20 Dollar Nosebleed that is fall out boy featuring Brendan from Panic at the Disco, that would be a great one to check out. When i saw it live Brendan was eating a sub and still killed it. Also you cannot sleep on Fall Out Boy's drummer. He is so good.
Patrick the vocalist is incredible, hope you react to more! His recent performances of Save Rock and Roll (like ones 2018-2021) are especially amazing!!!
These guys are kings of long song titles lol two of my favorite titles are "A little less sixteen candles, a little more "touch me"" and "Our lawyer made us change the name of this song so we wouldn't get sued"
"longest song titles I've ever seen in my life" -laughs in fall out boy fan- For real though, they've had a really long career and have gone through tons of stylistic changes. I'm personally a fan of both old and new, but I'd be interested in hearing somebody compare the styles from all the different albums who has never heard them before.
I would suggest Phoenix. Or reacting to all of the album's music videos in order. They kind of make one big story :) The theme of this album is FOB is trying to "save Rock and Roll" while others try to tear it down. And it's literally a big story
Saw mentions of Panic as well in the comments, I think these two bands fight for the honor of longest song titles haha. My favorite song of theirs is probably "Immortals" from the Big Hero 6 soundtrack.
You have made my day!! The fact that you go and listen to the studio version afterwards means a lot to me!! I’m not even speaking on this song specifically but there’s many songs that need to be heard in that manner since that’s how we fell in love with them originally
A song Fall Out Boy did with Demi Lovato called Irresistible is one of my favorites from them. I think their styles really melded well together and the product was really good, you should check it out!
A suggestion for future videos: since you listen to the studio version right after the acoustic version on stream, could we get a segment of your reaction post-listen to studio version where you talk about what you like/dislike/prefer between the acoustic and studio versions in the video?
Longest title? "The only butterflies left will be in your chest as you March towards your death" by bring me the horizon would like a word lol. Honestly I'd love ur opinion of this song it's hauntingly beautiful and features the singer of evanescence
The Orb says hi from The Orb's Adventure's Beyond the Ultraworld, with the song titled: "A Huge Ever Growing Pulsating Brain That Rules from the Centre of the Ultraworld" (Live Mix Mk 10; Ultraworld Ten)
personal fav for me is "innocent bystanders watched in horror as peter jennings drew his murder weapon" by me and him call it us or "Long titles aren't cool anymore because the rest of your fuckers are no good at it" by crime in stereo
Such a great band too. Don't get me wrong it's a good song but I agree. people suggesting songs really should start at the beginning of the artist discography.
Agree, there are like 3 others that should been the easy intro to their catalog. I started with Sugar we're doing down and then This ain't a scene, then Dance, Dance. Something like that.
Since you prefer live versions of things and appreciate Patrick's vocal ability in this I would suggest checking out McFly because they are awesome live. The Everybody Knows Medley is a great introduction song
Would really love to see you react to some more fall out boy or similar bands. Some of my favorite music to just veg out to and not think about anything and just enjoy the energy and feelings brought on by the music.
Longest songs huh? Like what? Something like, "Our Lawyer Made Us Change The Name Of This Song So We Wouldn’t Get Sued". Nah, that would be crazy. Try their song "The Kid's Aren't Alright" And not the one from The Offspring.
This comment is a little late but the whole album is a 11 part mini movie that has amazing story telling and sounds incredible and varied. A definite must see with stunning visuals
You mentioned always listening to the studio recording of the song after watching the live version - it would be really cool to see you after that experience, either just cut to or maybe on fast forward? Just a suggestion! Great vid and analysis as always :)
I love this song. other Fall out Boy songs that are good are are the following: "Uma Thurman", "Centuries" and "immortals". this song is better in the studio version of course. Some crazy person made a 10 hour loop of this song and put it on youtube, the song just plyed over and over for 10 hours :)
So ive been a falling in reverse fan boy for a long time and just realized you reacted to him a bunch and consider them a super group, but no twenty one pilots reactions you should check up holding onto you. this is another group that is just pure gold dabbles in many genres.
Love that your finding fall out boy and panic at the disco at the same time these bands are part of my permanent play list
Fall Out Boy is an amazing band whose music is highly relatable to much of my life. I'd highly recommend the songs "I don't care" and "Thnks fr th Mmrs" and "Sugar we're going down"
Uma Thurman as well babyyyyy

The song “Save Rock and Roll” live is amazing! Theres a high quality video of. Really showcases Patrick’s vocals!
Yesss love that song!
I love that song. They are my 2 favorite vocalists and to have them together, is pure perfection.
Second this!
Patrick the vocalist is incredible, hope you react to more! His recent performances of Save Rock and Roll (like ones 2018-2021) are especially amazing!!!

Our lawyer made us change the name of this song so we don’t get sued.
Lmao. Definitely his first FOB song.
I would suggest Phoenix. Or reacting to all of the album's music videos in order. They kind of make one big story :)
The theme of this album is FOB is trying to "save Rock and Roll" while others try to tear it down. And it's literally a big story
Saw mentions of Panic as well in the comments, I think these two bands fight for the honor of longest song titles haha. My favorite song of theirs is probably "Immortals" from the Big Hero 6 soundtrack.

If you think that was a long song title, you should check out their song, Out Lawyer Made Us Change The Name of This Song So We Wouldn't Get Sued
One of my favorites! 😅
A song Fall Out Boy did with Demi Lovato called Irresistible is one of my favorites from them. I think their styles really melded well together and the product was really good, you should check it out!
I've never listened to the version with her, only the FOB-only version. I'm going to have to check that version out.
I heard Fall out Boy sing this in concert in August 2021. Patrick Stump still has the vocals. They are an amazing band.
Cool to hear they've still got it. Last time I saw them live was Warp'd in 05.
Check out Fall Out Boy - Our Lawyer Made Us Change the Name of This Song So We Wouldn’t Get Sued
Thriller by them is a very underrated song
A suggestion for future videos: since you listen to the studio version right after the acoustic version on stream, could we get a segment of your reaction post-listen to studio version where you talk about what you like/dislike/prefer between the acoustic and studio versions in the video?

but what about
I've Got A Dark Alley And A Bad Idea That Says You Should Shut Your Mouth (Summer Song) by fob
personal fav for me is "innocent bystanders watched in horror as peter jennings drew his murder weapon" by me and him call it us or "Long titles aren't cool anymore because the rest of your fuckers are no good at it" by crime in stereo
All pretty good ridiculous long titles lol
Love fall out boy. Check out irresistible, thnks fr th mmrs, and centuries
You really need to react to their cover of beat it. One of the best MJ covers since AAF's Smooth Criminal.
Yes! This was something I didn't even know existed until a few months ago when it popped up in my suggested videos on TH-cam.
You should check out Sugar We’re Going Down by Fall Out Boy. It’s from their 2nd album, From Under the Cork Tree, witch came out in 2005.
Centuries is one of my favorites. I think you'll like the video, and knowing your love of history you'll enjoy it as well.
okay you have to do my chem next, I recommend Welcome To The Black Parade, Famous Last Words, I'm Not Okay, or Na Na Na
Would love to see you react to more fall out boy big fan of them and you much love
as someone who has seen fob live almost 50 times, save rock & roll (live from london) should be next!
Holy hell friend. I thought it had a problem with seeing Taking Back Sunday 15 times. Seen FOB i think 4 times. Keep rocking dude.
This band is a delight, and quite a rabbit hole!
Try the acoustic version of Fall Out Boy - Nobody Puts Baby in the Corner.
Fall Out Boy - "Tell Mick He Just Made My List of Things to do Today" , "Sophomore Siump or Comeback of the Year" , "XO"
I would LOVE to see you react to Heaven's Gate by Fall Out Boy
Imagine this being the first Fallout Boy song you ever heard. 🤣 Whoever suggested this song really dropped the ball.
Such a great band too. Don't get me wrong it's a good song but I agree. people suggesting songs really should start at the beginning of the artist discography.
@@eugenehicks1241 I’m just saying that if this was the first Fallout Boy song I ever heard, I would have never given them a second listen.
Agree, there are like 3 others that should been the easy intro to their catalog. I started with Sugar we're doing down and then This ain't a scene, then Dance, Dance. Something like that.
@@BillyVicenti three choices that would both be better than this don’t get me wrong this song slaps but it’s not in their top 10
@@BillyVicenti Sugar we're going down is a song that I disliked immensely. I would rate it far behind this song.
I’m begging you go down FOB’s rabbit hole. They’re phenomenal!!! Thanks SO MUCH!!
I’ve loved this band since they came out because I’m from Illinois
I mean, if you are gonna go with Fall Out Boy then ya gotta start with sugar we're goin down
Oh snap, it's Fall Out Boyd!
We need him to react to Twenty One Pilots! Definitely gotta start with Car Radio
Fallout Boy and Elton John "Save Rock 'N Roll"
In the 2013 n 2015NHL playoffss I believe they used this song n another fall out boy song. I loved it especially when the hawks one with this song
Good call man. The studio version was an undeniable banger. That shit hits hard.
Do the Young Blood Chronicles! WAtching it all at once would be amazing.
Patrick Stump has some of the most amazing vocals. You can check out some of his solo stuff from his last album on his YT channel
I love this song, but I've always felt like Patrick struggles singing it live. It's a real endurance trial.
Yooo, react to more Fall Out Boy, please, they're one of my favorite bands of all time, grew up on them
Fall out boy is a band my mother (60s) and I can agree on.
bringin back my high school/college jams 🤘🏻🔥🍻 haha yeah Panic & Fall Out Boy have some novel length song titles
I would definintly say listen to the studio virsion too
Writer from this band Pete Wentz takes influences from rap especially shouts out Lil Wayne who actually features on a song

Thnks fr th mmrs, This ain't a scene, this is an arms race, Uma Thurman. Many others off their first 2 albums as well.
This comment is a little late but the whole album is a 11 part mini movie that has amazing story telling and sounds incredible and varied. A definite must see with stunning visuals
You should react to Centuries by Fall Out Boy. It's got a great music video.
You mentioned always listening to the studio recording of the song after watching the live version - it would be really cool to see you after that experience, either just cut to or maybe on fast forward? Just a suggestion!
Great vid and analysis as always :)
Oh no.
He's stumbled upon the FOB rabbit hole... 😏👍🤣
Fall Out Boy and Panic! At The Disco are the absolute KINGS of super-long song titles. They're also fucking good bands.
From under the cork tree!
You should listen to This ain't a scene or Dance Dance! They are my fav
I love this song. other Fall out Boy songs that are good are are the following: "Uma Thurman", "Centuries" and "immortals". this song is better in the studio version of course. Some crazy person made a 10 hour loop of this song and put it on youtube, the song just plyed over and over for 10 hours :)
Uma Thurman is a fantastic song!
Great concert video. I'm leaning more towards the original.
Reactors make a lot of interesting choices.
Try "Centuries" by Fallout Boy. The Studio version is better, I feel.
Plus, they did a remix with Juicy J, which was fire !
fall out boy uma thurman, arms race
The Phoenix - peak FOB
Please do the studio version! 🙏🏼
I like that you think this is a long title. You shod try ‘Our lawyer made us change the name of this song so we don’t get sued’
you should listen to the mash-up radioactive in the dark. its well done.
I suggest one of their newer songs called "Heavens Gate". It sound so different from anything else they've made.
More fall out boy!
Have you done any of Sabaton's songs? I find the way you react and analyse and provide thoughts to just be a nice calming way and always interested
You really should have watched the actual music video, all the music videos of the songs on the album join together to make a movie
You've GOT TO react to "This ain't a scene"
F O B goated
Got to check out their Cover of Michael Jackson's Beat It !! It's AMAZING !!
favourite FOB song has to be Dont you know who I think I am?
You should listen to Bloodywood....Indian Metal....they will blow your mind
This song is great but I have serious attraction to their song which samples the munsters theme song.
please do alone together or just one yesterday
2 chains hopped on this track if I'm not mistaken xD
If I were Patrick Stump at this point, I'd let the crowd do some of the higher parts...get them more involved, save his voice a little.
You should listen to alone together by fall out boy
You gotta listen to slipknot -spit it out (live in 2009)
You need to listen to Heaven's Gate! Grand Theft Autumn, This ain't a dream its an Arms Race
So ive been a falling in reverse fan boy for a long time and just realized you reacted to him a bunch and consider them a super group, but no twenty one pilots reactions you should check up holding onto you. this is another group that is just pure gold dabbles in many genres.
More FOB!
Please listen to a sugar we're going down.
If you can react to Key & Peele's racist zombies skit.
He sounds terrible live but I dig this song on the album
Early fall out boy was ok.. poppy emo stuff. Not sure I like their newer stuff.. too imagine dragons cheesy.
I do not understand why you watch live stuff for your first taste you miss out a lot of the music production
This is shitty music! Dont do that to yourself.. Welcome!
Easily the dumbest song title of all time
Yeah the studio version is way better.
i disliked this video, just to show you that we dont like this content
