      Sir same lang po ang method ng computation. E adjust mo lang ang chuck ng dividing head patingala at table ng machine para sa degree setting.

    Ah ser ask kolng naguguluhan lng poh .pano kung wala pang degree or helix angle ..kukunin pa formula for helix angle.kailangan ng lead sa furmula tas kung kukuha kadin ng lead formula niya kailangan din ng helix angle ...jan lng ako naguguluhan salamat po sa reply

    Sir yung sa LEAD formula po (Step 2), sa circumference, hindi na po ba yun i-mumultiply sa OD kase po 3.1416 lang po nakalagay multiply by "cot a"? Thanks po sa reply

      Sir hindi na e multiply sa OD. ang required ng lead D=pitch diameter , kung e multiply sa O.D ng gear, pitch circ. na
      = O.D. × pi , kaya D = N×O.D. / N+2 para makuha ang D. sa formula na. L=D×pi×cot a

      Sa milling machine constant yan sir.. standard ng sukat ng machine table is ¼ inch. L (lead screw). Turn mo ng 40 turns yung handle ng table ang travel distance is 10 Inch. Kaya ang LEAD 40x¼= 10 Inch.

      Milling constant 40:1 ; Lead screw turns 40 rev, table move 10 inch. lead screw ¼
      40×¼ = 10 in

      We can use any fraction with the same number on numerator and denominator to reduce ratio.
