Sir same lang po ang method ng computation. E adjust mo lang ang chuck ng dividing head patingala at table ng machine para sa degree setting.

Any same number sir hanggat mag equal yung available teeth number ng gear na gagamiton mo para sa gearing arrangement ng Indexing head.

We can use any fraction with the same number on numerator and denominator to reduce ratio.
Medyo nalito ako sa pag factor boss.. Ung una mong ginawa nauna ung 2x10 tas ung 28 nauna naman ung malaki 10x2.
Paano Kung mm and outside sir pariha lng ba din Ang computation.
Convert mo lang MM to Inch.

Milling constant 40:1 ; Lead screw turns 40 rev, table move 10 inch. lead screw ¼
40×¼ = 10 in

Sa milling machine constant yan sir.. standard ng sukat ng machine table is ¼ inch. L (lead screw). Turn mo ng 40 turns yung handle ng table ang travel distance is 10 Inch. Kaya ang LEAD 40x¼= 10 Inch.
