The younger generation will truly never understand how big she was at one time. She was all the world talked about or focused on. The dolls brought back so many memories. I just started collecting the ones I didn’t have. I didn’t know about the the Britney convertible! I’m so jelly!
Seriously! Its crazy how much attention we all gave her. It’s good because it’s part of the reason all this memorabilia exists, but I can only assume it was completely overwhelming to her.
I'm shocked at how many dolls she had made. This is actually really impressive, especially as no other singers of celebs (that I know of) have ever created a doll line like this that has this many dolls.

Omg how I wish I was a Britney fan during her prime I can only imagine how good it feels to live through all of that.I literally just got into her music half a year ago and I’ve been obsessed ever since everytime I find merch online in my country I order it like “here take my money”😭It’s amazing how you managed to keep all that stuff intact for 20 years
It was AMAZING! Hearing those huge hits come out in real time was a big plus too! But I miss going to the store and seeing whatever new Britney products were on the shelf. 😍

Thank you! Sometimes I wonder. I've seen glimpses of other collections online, but not many videos going through things and showcasing them. If I have things that don't exist anymore, I'm happy to keep them in pristine condition for other Britney fans to be able to see!
@@AdaraUnboxed After watching your vid (and the follow up part 2 haha), I was curious so I actually did a search for Britney Spears collection on youtube and yeah, did not find much at all. Only person who appeared to have a collection this size has is all displayed and looks like they never stopped collecting her memorabilia or started up again a few years ago. Quite huge. I did spot a Britney Simpsons figure in their collection that is a pretty cool piece to have. Some other promotional stuff like soda cans that were meant to be disposable that have to be extremely rare to find intact. Haha interesting collectibles rabbit hole.
I remember in middle school running home everyday after school to watch Britney on MTV. 😂 😂 That hit me baby one more time music video was total game changer 😍

So I’m not sure if I’m the only 12 yr old girl who did this..? But, Britney Spears is the one who very much inspired and essentially ‘taught’ me how to smile with a huge wide eyed grin that she had/has.
The photo of you in LA smiling similar to hers reminded me of this very VIVID memory I have of being home alone, watching her Hawaii in concert and starring in the mirror figuring out how to open my smile to show my top AND bottom teeth.
It’s such a core memory for some reason. Her smile changed the way I perceived myself as a young girl.

This is bringing back nostagia for me. Back in the early-2000s, I became obsessed and had a crush on Britney. I know it was weird for me as a straight,20 year old male at the time to be so obsessed with her, but I was. I had my walls filled with her posters. Bought everything I could with her image with it (outside of the dolls that is. lol) I even went to the Oops..I Did it Again tour. I got rid of almost all of my Britney stuff outside of cds and some old stickers, buttons and keychains. Good days for me.
I think a lot of us got rid of that stuff when it felt like the moment had passed. Wish it was easier (and cheaper) to find stuff now. I praise my hoarding tendencies for the reason I held on to as much Britney merch as a I did. 😂

u have an awesome collection. i had the calendar at 8:47 too & the books at 10:14 & 10:20. shes been my favorite singer of all time ever since oops!…i did it again came out when i was five & i turn 29 next month on the 22!!! ive seen her live twice too!!! thank god shes finally free again too! her damn conservatorship should never have happened & ended a long damn time ago. she didnt deserve 2 be under it 4 13 damn years. she deserves 2 be free again, allowed 2 make her own decisions, handle her own money & do whatever the hell she wants again & now she is!!!
I love how you have your things well taken care of I have cd, vinyl, the singles, some other things and many but many magazines from different countries and I keep them as gold and 10 albums of 80 and 100 pages full of clippings by eras but at that time I lived in Cuba and almost nothing arrived to me ,it took a lot of work to get it there, I’m so glad you showed us your collection 😍🤩❤️
I’m glad I held on to all of it too! It’s hard to keep things as you grow up and start moving. My saving grace is that my parents didn’t move and knew how much these things meant to me, so they continued storing them. Wish I could say the same about my Beanie Baby collection. 😆
I SCREAMED!!!! Back when I was a kid, I wanted stuff with her so badly!!!! You had the life I so badly wanted for myself, with the Britney stuff 😅😅 I mean all I had were magazine stuff with her, along with posters from magazines and her CDs!! Oh and a notebook or two, but that's it...

This video took me on a trip! Its not on this vid, but I had the full size “Crazy” doll in that series with the little shiny green top. I’m so sad my mom sold all of my things in garage sales. Now I need to go rewatch all the HITCLIPS commercials! LOL My mom would never ever buy me any of this stuff

So I had to come here after seeing your video on Reddit and just say... I love this! Man, the sheer strength of your willpower as a child to not open all of this stuff is impressive! I had a few of these items and seeing them again brought back so many good memories. I wish I knew where it was now. Especially the first calendar and the stickers! The whole video I kept saying ‘she has to have the vending machine stickers if she has all this’ and you didn’t disappoint! Those were always my favorite! I wish I had the dvds. Especially now that so many of the shows and documentaries have been scrubbed from the internet it seems. I also remember reading the book her and Lynn wrote! I checked it out at the library so didn’t have my own copy but I remember actually finding it to be a cute story. Anyway, thanks for sharing this with the world! You have a very impressive collection. :)

You and me both! I’m shocked these stayed in as of good of condition as they did. But I was raised by a dad who taught me the value of antiques. So even as a kid, I understood that a “collection” of any kind needed to be taken care of.

I always like to watch videos of Britney's collections, and her video appeared on my list, and I was delighted by her collection and for being very cool and charismatic. I am from Brazil, and the life of a Brazilian Britney fan was not easy, nothing got here, and it was very difficult to buy singles, CDs. Dolls were the dream of many people, today whenever I manage to save money I buy through EBay. I loved everything it showed, the dolls, the calendars, books, these items are many people's dreams, it's a nostalgic trip.

Honestly, I think it’s because my dad collected antiques, so I grew up understanding that if you keep things in mint condition they appreciate in value. I’m so grateful in hindsight, even though it probably was pretty hard for me at the time! 😆

Amazing collection, I'm glad i started collecting 10 years ago because prices are insane now. i bought the elvis Britney doll 5 years back for $10, it's over 200 with shipping these days, even though i own a lot britney stuff i think prices are ridiculous.

@@AdaraUnboxed I hear ya, i love Britney but no way would i pay the prices some people want, but if you look at the sold listings on ebay you will see that people are paying those prices which amazes me. i still buy Britney stuff but only if it's cheap, i either get good deals or i go without but thankfully there have been some ok deals lately, it just seems to be the dolls that are in demand rn.
