Being CA and Auditor ( Worked in both -Big 4 and medium sized firm so called chahju lal and mangu lala Ca firm), really disappointed for discouraging statements used by vivek bindra sir for small or medium sized CA firm. Getting audited by Big 4 firm doesn’t guarantee that fraud doesn’t exist in financial statement. Since auditor is responsible to give reasonable assurance not an absolute. Please respect small and medium sized CA firm as well. ❤

Wo khali assurance dete hai based on audit standards and it has no connection with moral or ethics dur dur Tak. you can make awareness videos for students who are being misguided by many people. i know people who cracked one or 2 government jobs and they start giving suggestions and tell their sad story. i believe education should be done in traditional way by certified institution only.

Vivek is selling an educational course. Not everyone is going to be happy. If you have to give refund to everyone who is not happy, by that logic every school has to give the fees back to anyone who fails.
I think Sandeep could have just clarified it with Vivek before doing all this. It takes a lot of time to build things and very less to destroy.
I have seen Viveks videos his content is very good. The people who are saying it's useless mostly don't have the ability to understand what he is offering. He is doing well for the country. I don't think it's reasonable to pull him down on a public platform just because some people are not able to understand the content.
It's not the sellers job to make sure the everyone who buys a product knows how to use a product. I don't agree with you saying a customer is dissatisfied so we should always refund. The same guy was doing well before. But later he didn't do things properly for whatever reason and didn't make money. It doesn't mean that the quality of programs is bad.

This problem is with IBCs. IBCs are not just courses. IBCs are basically franchisee. They are supposed to sell the courses there anyways.
They have metrics for every IBC. If you don't have revenue inspite of working they refund you for upto 90 days. But if you don't do anything and then later blame the program and ask money back it's not acceptable.
They are asking him not to just tell structure of courses but also business metrics. Peepoye himself mentioned many things which are his business metrics.
It's not easy to run a business. 100 things can go wrong. Keede nikalna aasaan hai. We are just full of no good people.
