    Great layout! Crossovers, various switches and route options, a grade and upper level, double tunnel mountain, reversing loops, and operating accessories--lots of FUN!!! 😃

    My first time seeing one of your videos. Great layout by the way. I love a Trainmaster, regardless of who made it.

    I have one of these engines, great runner and the blue and yellow paint is stunning! I have the matching coal cars and caboose too, the whole set is beautiful!

      Thanks! Hope to find the coal cars some day. MTH has issued some Virginian cars that I’m scoping out too.

      @@JohnETrains totally recommend the matching KCC blue and yellow coal cars, diecast K line hoppers are always a win!

      @O-Scale Everyday I just noticed the other day (almost 20 years after I bought this) that the engine has Virginia on one side and Virginian on the other. You can see this clearly in the video. Factory QC was asleep at the screening machine? Is yours labeled correctly?

    Awesome TrainMaster! I like the smoke output!

      Had I known it smoked I might have ran it years ago. The caboose smokes too! Just not as well.

      Thanks Jorge. Thinking it needs an ERR upgrade to smooth out the speed control.

    Love the layout, can you share how large the table is?

    • @JohnETrains
      @JohnETrains  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks Kyle. It’s a fun layout to run trains on and operate accessories with. It started as two 4’x8’ in and L. Added siding when I expanded to 6’x8’ and in the process of adding a 2’x4’ expansion to the left of the control table. Next video will have wide shots from all sides and a few slightly overhead views. See my About section for more info on the layout.
