      Xtalgic _ what would be the best year to get these r specs in? And is there any differences between pre 2014 r specs ? Unless u find a thread somewhere doe me to read link me 😬😅

      Compa Cheo 13-14’s presumably don’t have oil consumption issues. The only difference between the two, is that, the 14’s come with heated steering wheels.

    Have a Genesis 5.0 R Spec, bought it a year ago : most probably Xtaglic made me do it. Despite the infotainment quirks and non up to date shift point data > Ive beaten several Vettes Stangs BMW's and Audis. This $hit is a total Sleeper. Couldnt be happier. Great Video!

    I just picked up the 2015 3.8 sedan fully loaded, so it is the 2nd generation but I do still love the 1st generation I was actually in search of one but stumbled upon a 2015 at a killer price (10k cash out the door was up for 12.5k) and boy the luxury is cranked up to 10 in it I absolutely love love love it. That said this is still a bea°U°tiful car the owner did a really great job!

    So I was looking at the 3.8 coupes. But I really just want something that's fast, more luxurious than my 2013 mazda 3, and reliable. I'm thinking this checks those boxes way better than the coupe, and the deals are even better on them some how. Plus quicker at a stoplight. I'm thinking this is gonna be the obvious choice for me.

  • @simonlangmead7

    He mentioned this review was in 2019, when the car was 7 years old. By the time a BMW is anywhere near that age, it’ll be a shop magnet money pit. Genesis by Hyundai will motor on with reliability the BMW can’t match, not even close.

    Just as an info thing. I know Ford has Radar Cruise Control and Lane Keep Assist as early as 2013 in the Fusion, I think the Radar Cruise is in most Fusions with the Titanium package. Oh and also, you can pick those Fusions up for less than $20k all day and they are pretty nice! I don't think that they started the heated steering wheel and A/C (ventilated) seats until 2014 however. But I also know they had the self parking as early as 2013. Haha, we have a 2013 Fusion if it isn't obvious. If you ever make it out to Utah, I'd love to have you review it! Awesome content bro! Keep it up!

    • @themeowingwolf
      @themeowingwolf 5 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      If the trans was faster it'd be a good race. The SS's seem to lose less in the Drivetrain and I think I'm not sure but I think they make their power on regular unleaded

      I think the ss is faster by a little, but cost about 3 times as much. SS doesn't seem to depreciate. Never sold well new (cause it looked like a dressed up Cobalt), but those who know, know.
