SUCH a great conversation to hear. This past year as been about depth & identity for me. How "deep" can I go with the utilization of the tools I use (and I found it went very deep).... Letting go of the aspects of identity that were no longer fully aligned in order to create energetic space was important. It was real estate meant for the business I'm building with numerology and MBSR. Sometimes it's big moves and sometimes it's small..and both can be profound. Like time management, as you spoke on.
