This is a very good judgement. This case is about the CHILDREN's welfare. They are the ones suffering from the problems of the parents. Irrespective of their differences, a father should not harden his heart towards his children. When they were living with him, did he feed them, when he was living alone and eating didn't he feel in his heart oh what are my children eating?. Oh are their school fees paid?, how are they doing when they are sick? Its not about whether the woman is crazy or not it's about the children. You don't need to be with the woman but you need to be a good father because the children are watching. So if this crazy woman didn't drag him to court ,he wouldn't have thought of feeding his children, for 3 years he has not fed his children, 3 years because of anger, he neglects his children who are bearing his name ,who will be counted towards his family. For those saying he doesn't have custody , listen to the judgment again, during holidays and weekends he has custody of the children.
I agree the lady is crazy but the man is wicked. Don't let his gentle talk fool you. A father that would not provide for his children deliberately because he is angry with their mother is wicked.

He is happy to split from her, I believe the reason why reconciliation was on the cards for him was because of the children.

Well said, i remember when i left my ex wife because i was tired of having disputes with her almost every week along with insults and then she relocate to swizz with my two daughters to meet a pastor who she ment on Facebook because we both use to live in Madrid. Then the pastor eventually got married to her and they had a daughter but unfortunately again the pastor had to divorce her after 3 to 4yrs and nw she's finally living as a single mum, so i would say it's very important for men and women to do their findings b4 going into marriage with a divorce person. Thanks be to God that i found the right woman after some yrs i divorced my ex - wife and we both have been together for the past 12yrs with two kids, a girl and a boy and i could tell that marriage is a joy and a blessing if you find the right partner.

Something like that happened to my brother in law who accused the wife of adultery cos a fight ensued when his wife asked him to bring more money. Now the woman has left just cos of the accusations. He's even lost weight and asked me to beg only for me to have a can of worms opened to me. A person demeanor has nothing to do with his / her character .

It is a heartless thing to do, to punish your innocent kids because of your partner no matter what, my wife left me earlier this year with our 3 kids, for about one month no communication but I know where they were, when we resumed our communication I put everything behind and think about the children, I sent monthly upkeep pay their school fees, the demand was becoming too much I gave her one million naira to start up something so she can be having her own money too, I buy clothes shoes and sent to her for the kids, and every two weeks I will make sure they have pizza ice cream ect, this December I added 20% of what are used to send to them on monthly basis to celebrate the festive period without her asking for it, she has been begging to come back and I told her it's over between us, she knows that I'm a man of my word, but that will not stop me from playing my fatherly role I make sure that my children are very ok, parents should stop trying to get to each other by making their innocent children to suffer,
