Thumb CMC joint is complex indeed. I understand every motion but i stil have some confussion. If Radial Abduction is same as CMC extension and Palmar Abduction is same as CMC abduction, then what happens when there is retropulsion of thumb like lifting it from the flat surface. At which joints that occurs?
