I'm A Drummer so to see Phil Collins and Ricky Lawson on Drum's has Been a Blessing for Me. This Concert for Me has Been Such a Inspiration. And To See Nathan East on Bass and Darryl S. On Lead Guitar and The Awesome Luis Conte On Percussion for Me has Been a Treat. Get Well Phil Collins You Are in My Prayer's Sir. God Bless.
This is wonderful. Tony Bennet, David Crosby and Cindy Lauper. Then Phil hopes 'Tarzan' becomes a classic. Side glance. WE now know it is! and got him an Academy Award!! What a talent. What a consummate professional.
There will never be another career like his. the longevity, the diversity and body of work, the influence and the breath of musicians, bands and artists he's played with, produced and sang with. His innovations with drumming technique and sounds are undeniable. It won't be repeated.

Is it me or is Phil and his bandmates absolutely incredible? Almost 2 hours of entertainment and Mr. Collins singing EVERY song. How do they know all this music on the spur of the moment....even Genesis tunes. I know they tour with him, but still. Guess it is called being professional. So spot on all the time. Crazy. How fabulous to be there in that audience?

1st October 1998. Phil performed two "Live By Request" shows in New York that day. He'd done a show earlier that evening that was broadcast live on ITV in the UK.
Amazing. Phil was known for doing marathon concerts and legendary for doing both Live Aids in 1 day despite being on different continents. Definitely one of the hardest working guys in show business.

saw him up pine knob mich. he sang one song and then stated he was unable to continue and walked off stage .so we drove 75 miles for one song but hey we saw him for free, that the break,
That would definitely be disappointing to only see 1 song. Especially when you have to drive 2.5 hours to Detroit or Chicago like I do. Luckily when I saw Phil in 2007, 2004 and 1990, he did a full show. And they were all excellent.
Thank you so much for uploading this, I remember my father calling some live concert multiple times when I was little for my mother, I couldn’t remember which but it just had to be this, as my mother loved Phil Collins, I’m so glad this was not lost to time
