    I looked your web site. Landscape photography is terrific!!! Nightscape photography is terrific as well! Especially one photo that has Milky Way with ocean on foreground.

      Thank you very much, I do enjoy my landscape photography from time to time.
      I have a few very special nightscape photos.

    Project is coming along nicely. It's going to be a huge image once it's all done. Hopefully with El Nino, you will get plenty of clear nights for summer.

      So much better this time around compared to last year. I think I had some bad data, either way it’s coming along nicely. We can only cross our fingers.

    Awesome video Steven!👍That panel turned out great!👍I am always amazed with how much OIII there is in the nebulae in both the SMC and LMC!

      Thanks mate, yeah I was surprised to see how much OIII was in this area also. I’m being greedy but I wish I had some more clear skies to finish the mosaic.

    Wow Steven, the image was just incredible, truly amazing. I've watched you progress and the equipment and skills rapidly grow but what results. I'm nearly 70, been an avid photographer for a very long time and always had a fascination for the heavens. Watching you has spurred me to explore some astro photography. I'm learning and am at the stage of getting my first mount in the next few months. Thank you for introducing me to this wonderful world.

      Thank you so much for those kind words. Congratulations on starting your journey into astrophotography and purchasing your first mount. Please reach out if you have any questions and I’ll do my best to assist.

      @@StevenMorrisPhotography That's most kind, I'll take you up if I'm really stuck as I learn. Thanks a lot and good luck with the triplets. 😊

    Fantastic video. You must have the most complicated setup on you tube! I struggle most nights with one scope camera and mount!!

      @StevenMorrisPhotography  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Or maybe I make it look complicated…. Actually it is a bit complicated at times but it’s starting to get better and better each imaging session. I’m sure it won’t be long until it all runs smoothly.

    Another great image, I thin we all struggle with DBE as it is so fiddly

    That's coming along nicely mate, I hear ya with background extraction as I sometimes have the same issue to I was going to suggest Graxpert Ai but I see someone has already mentioned it.
    Clear skies!!

    Been watching you for some time but first time I am commenting. That is some impressive setup. I am glad to see , (not glad for you but for me ) that you are having some problems with NINA , I have them to ,, one of my problems and it is not NINA's fault , my scope does not settle on one side , takes like 30 seconds... Anyway love your setup , keep the videos coming

    • @StevenMorrisPhotography
      @StevenMorrisPhotography  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thanks mate for those kind words. NINA is a great program, just every now and then a bug slips in. It’s constantly improving and over time I think things will get much smoother.
      Hope things get sorted for you too.

      @@StevenMorrisPhotography Well scope is going back to celestron. Got it in Aug. and looks like the coatings are coming off in spots. It has just been one thing after another , tell my wife will just take all my stuff and sell it... Going to take up knitting

    Great vid. I’m on an Epsilon (although only 1!) so not quite as fast, but I have same questions when figuring out how long to expose. 120s is my norm (which also makes guiding accuracy not so important) but I think I’m gonna try a little longer once the fun stuff appears at a more reasonable hour next month (I’m in Sydney).
    Re: DBE - I struggle with same. Give Graxpert a go with the new AI mode. It’s interesting.

    • @StevenMorrisPhotography
      @StevenMorrisPhotography  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I do like those Epsilons, I’ve seen a lot of really nice images come out of them. I would like to expose longer just to reduce the amount of subs. Problem is I will blow out everything really quickly, already am lol.
      I haven’t had the chance to try it out yet but I most certainly will.
      Cheers!

      @SydneyDunk I think we need our own data centre. I stack in APP, I don’t have the hard drive space for pixinsight to keep everything lol

    Hey Steve! My friend, this is totally off the vids subject, if I may? Basically every time I see this incredible setup, I think "that rig sooo needs it's own observatory!" Have you any plans to build an obs for it Steve? ( Please bear in mind i've missed about 1 months worth of your vids recently due to work and illness, so if you've mentioned this in previous vids I apologise! )
    Awesome vid as always thanks Steve!

      G’day Wes, I couldn’t agree more with you. I would love to build a home for the triplets. I’m still waiting for my house to be built, looks like early next year. Once that’s done if I can afford to build a roll off roof setup or something then I will.

    • @wesleydonnelly2141
      @wesleydonnelly2141 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@StevenMorrisPhotography Hi again Steve'! Oh right i see! my goodness you must be mad busy with the house build etc! One thing i thought about after commenting, those triplets would need a substantial obs to house them due to their sheer size, I would have thought? And as you rightly mentioned, this hobby ultimately always comes down to bucket loads of cash! LOL. My rig and all my gear totals circa £4'500, but I could imagine your rig has cost you circa £40'000 to £50'000!!?? It's incredible and without doubt THE most expensive rig I've ever seen on YT!! 😍

    • @StevenMorrisPhotography
      @StevenMorrisPhotography  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I’m not sure how much it cost me in the end, I was lucky to build most of it before covid and inflation went out of hand. Everything was a fair bit cheaper then.
      Can’t spend anything anymore, I have a mortgage now ha ha.

      @wesleydonnelly2141 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@StevenMorrisPhotography LOL well Steve I would humbly suggest you already have the best rig money can buy, so you can just concentrate on your mortgage/home build and family etc and simply use and enjoy your awesome rig for a good few years to come! Thanks again for the ace vids Steve'!

    Are u leaving the telescope outside under a tarp or have to take’em in n out all the times?

    • @StevenMorrisPhotography
      @StevenMorrisPhotography  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      If the weather is nice between clear skies I will leave them out and place a reflective cover over them. If the weather is going to be really warm I’ll pack them up. Generally most of the time I will disassemble and bring them inside. It’s a nice gym session, only thing that keeps me fit lol.
