The reason i love riding a 125 is that i can go full throttle all the time.. Good riding style ..
@@noidontthinksololcongratulations man...thats a damn good bike ... in my country city streets won't allow for big bikes, your 1100 will first burn the riders balls off and then shut down due to overheat ... i love all bikes .. and after riding big bikes i started appreciating the small ones even more.😅

@@vasudev8421 my other bike gives 25 when ridden hard and about 32-35 when used gently. its a 2012 CBR250R. the 125 is my daily.. it helps me save money on fuel and buy more machines.
Imagine riding a 4 stroke 50 in that case 😂

Finally a video of this bike on uk roads! ill be choosing either the 2020 duke or the rc next Tuesday so its nice seeing the new tft dash in English defiantly a big plus over the 2020 RC and at the minute im leaning more towards the duke. Nice video
I'd go for the duke, I've ridden the rc and the Duke is overall a more fun and enjoyable also more comfortable. Add a slip on pipe and you've got a hooligan toy. Cheers!
RIDE POV Thanks appreciate the feedback im only using it for commuting so im leading towards the duke, i just liked the look of the RC my last bike was a highly tuned aprilia rsv mille so im looking for a comfortable due efficient modern bike overall, watched all your videos the bike looks like a right laugh for a little bike 👍

Magnificent bike riding , video has a really classy style especially when you're going on that bridge one handed , bike is not very powerful but it has some guts, overall a very good video , looking forward to get that bike but I can't get it right now 😢 because I'm still 12 years old😅

Great video! Bumpy streets eh? Smaller rider question please. Am 5ft 6inches/30 inch leg/65kg... lots of experience on larger bikes but need to downsize. The 125 is quite tall... might be enough just to wind preload down a touch?? Thanks..
The ktm is quiet a tall bike for a 125 but to be fair I'm sure with 30inch you might flat foot one side, best to go to a dealership and sit on them
Thanks for the reply... alas, it's difficult where I am to have that opportunity Pov! Nearest dealer some 450km away but am making the journey very soon to see a second hand 2020 model, private seller.. I'll swing a leg over and see what it's like! It's that or a 2016 390 which strangely has a 3cm lower seat height than the 125.
@@petermoran3041 i`m 5`5" and buying the new 2021 euro 5 version. I can get tip toes down on both sides and flat foot one side. I`m only 60 kgs so will have preload set low!

I really like your videos and sound of the bikes.. I'm interested in rev matching for this small displacement bike as I have small displacement bike too. RTR 160 4v
But whenever I try to rev match on gear 1 and 2 the bike suddenly drops speed and that's not very smooth any tips?

you are probably rev matching at high rpms which is a lot of engine braking, which causes speed dropping, stick to middle of the rev range

@@AmanKumar-sm2gi I know I'm a year late, but 1st gear on a 125 is very short and very choppy. Harsh acceleration and engine braking, you need to be going pretty slow to make the transition from 2nd to 1st smooth
is the ktm a fast 125 waht do you think is faster the yzf r125 or the duke
I have a duke, but the yzfr is faster because it's more aerodynamic. But the position of the duke is better for me.

You people don't get that the laws state you can ride a 125cc at 17 and a 50cc at 16. You can't get past that until you're 19. Stop being ignorant and look up the laws.
