Henry Limahelu Hubert, the bassist of Boomerang has left the world at the young age of 52 years old. My fellow Indonesians that was the reason why I wanted to pay a tribute to this great bassist and react to 2 of Boomerangs great songs, Neraka Jahanam and Larantuka.

The legendary bassist who strengthened the Boomerang Band until the end of his life...
Boomerang original members: Roy Jeconiah on Vocals, Hubert Henry on Bass, John Paul Ivan on Guitar, Faried Martin on Drums. The first to leave the Boomerang Band was John Paul Ivan, followed by Roy Jeconiah and finally Faried Martin. So that only Hubert Henry survived to defend the Boomerang Band, until this year the news was about to hold a reunion, and fate said differently to Hubert Henry

Larantuka menceritakan sebuah tragedi Tsunami di Larantuka yg kebetulan masih bagian dari NTT tanah kelahiran sang Basis HH5H makannya dr awal sampai akhir lagu beliau sangat emosional memainkan bassnya.

Larantuka song was about this real tragedy : The quake hit at 13:29:26 WITA and was followed by several serious aftershocks.[3] At least 2,500 people were killed or missing near Flores, including 1,490 at Maumere and 700 on Babi.[1] More than 500 people were injured and 90,000 were left homeless.[1] Nineteen people were killed and 130 houses were destroyed on Kalaotoa.[1] Damage was assessed at exceeding US$100 million.[3] Approximately 90% of the buildings were destroyed at Maumere, the hardest hit town, by the earthquake and ensuing tsunami while 50% to 80% of the structures on Flores were damaged or destroyed.[1] Electricity in the general area and the port of Maumere was shut down.[3] Maumere's hospital was completely destroyed, and patients were treated in tents.[3] Damage also occurred on Sumba and Alor.[1]

Fact is, both are cover songs. "Neraka Jahanam" originally by Duo Kribo, if I'm not mistaken, Ian Antono (God Bless) made this song; "Larantuka" (about earthquake in that place back then) by SAS. Oh ya, thank you so much for the tribute reaction bro. Keep it up! :)
