Avula Venkata Ranganath, Commissioner of Hyderabad Disaster Response and Assets Monitoring and Protection (HYDRA) has turned into a monstor for land grabbers in Hyderabad. Since his appointment as the Commissioner of HYDRA in June, Ranganath has cracked down on the land grabbers, demolishing buildings constructed in Government lands and FTL limits of water bodies.
HYDRA was formed by the newly sworn in Congress Government to monitor, manage and offer various relevant public services in Greater Hyderabad region upto Outer Ring Road (ORR) limits.
Chief Minister Revanth Reddy had taken personal care in the formation of HYDRA and picked 53-year-old IPS officer AV Ranganath, who has a good service record, to lead.

Ranganath own house is under buffer zone… one person is fighting against Hydra commissioner and asking for live media debate with commissioner on this to prove who is wrong. Bakka Judson is showing ASI and Govt India maps to his point, not sure why commissioner is not ready for live media debate?
Commissioner is not demolishing big builders properties like Vasavi construction.. even if is in FTL and building is still not occupied.. It is easy to demolish poor and middle class people overnight. When it comes to CM brother house and other big real estate properties, he is giving notice and enough time so that thry can go to high court and get stay… double standards..
either poor people houses or rich people who are against Revanth Reddy, those properties gets demolished overnight.
