Owned by Mr. Narongvit, the visionary Founder and Director of Sleepless Society & Chandelier Music, this minimalist residence was born out of a love at first sight for its breathtaking surroundings. The lake view evokes a sense of serenity, akin to residing in a secluded private resort, where one feels effervescently connected to the elements, nestled between the shimmering waters and the vastness of the sky.
At the heart of the house lies a charming inner courtyard, seamlessly connecting all living spaces and offering uninterrupted views of lush greenery throughout the day. This enclosed sanctuary not only promotes a sense of relaxation and tranquility but also caters to Mr. Narongvit's lifestyle, providing spaces for both creative inspiration and social gatherings with friends.
The house design draws inspiration from the grandeur of an amphitheater to enhance visual connectivity. The strategic layout ensures that every viewpoint within the house offers a unique perspective, whether gazing outwards towards the tranquil lake or admiring the lush greenery of the inner courtyard.
The house's aesthetic reflects the owner's eclectic taste, inspired by European vintage furniture and loft-style decor. Innovative use of materials, such as vertical masonry, not only adds visual intrigue to the facade but also enhances thermal efficiency and ventilation, ensuring optimal comfort year-round.
The facade of the house intrigues outsiders, inviting them to ponder the mysteries hidden within its walls.
