I wholeheartedly agree with Vanguard Insider on Space-Time Colossus, Chronojet can play around with damage denial and it is not CB heavy if you manage your resources wisely. Speaking of Chronojet techs, I recently found Causality Dragon, Crucial Dragon (debuted in 2023 festival collection, the DS cycle G3) is a fantastic 2-3 of in Chronojet, not only it gives a middle finger to damage trigger, but it also fuels soul during battle, kills an important rearguard, and not to mention extra 5K. Definitely give it a try
I been hoping for this deck to be printed so I’m very happy with how unique it is hopefully we can get better armed arms in future support but this is a nice start so far
And here I thought we already had pseudo legion decks like with Negrobolt, Metalborg, and the Great. Brandt gate literally said let's turn these mechanical side projects into weapons of war.
I also feel like in a sense thats is other drawback of this rideline is majority of its effects outside of vanguard is locked behind going second Thou its an small ponder but i do really like the concept of the deck i think its figuring out how to build the deck I
Pretty good deck, but as you said the units are too vanillaish and lack utility. No crit pressure , the draw 1 is cool but cb reliant for a plus 1 isnt much hand building , no TD potential , no guard restrict , only 1 retire per turn at most , the g1 sb + your main sb skill will only really work for 1 turn , after that you'll start running out of soul for the most part (maybe mikani can help out with this). Extremely persona ride + piece reliant to hit good numbers. Theres quite a few issues with the deck when looking at it from a competitive standpoint, but I think with some creative deckbuilding and testing we could have a solid contender. Unfortunately I dont like the theme at all, but i think what they're going for is pretty cool nonetheless. One of legions main issues was recycling PG's and heals, thus ocasionally dragging out games too long, so them trying to mimic the mechanic partially without recreating the same issues is a good step.
I'm a little worried about CC because there is a chance the orser zone could have 0 set orders so you can't CC consistently. Maybe the on-hot behind VG could help? Or possibly running some copies of experiment successful for free draw?
i was thinking refablishment dock cuz your guarenteed to see alot of the grade 2s but not the grade 1 boost it replaces itself as well wich is nice and helps with keeping an order and there set order at 2 of cuz u alredy get a free one to start feels like thats all u would need pls excuse poor grammer
@@zeekcoal4289 my main hesitation there is that it costs a cb which could be problematic, but I'm also curious to see what the rest of the box offers. There's 2 RR and 2 R slots that could offer some deck specific cc options
@@zeekcoal4289 I feel like if there was another Armed Arms in this box, it would've been revealed here. It'll probably be next set or so down the line just like the spear for Bav.
While I like the idea for the deck’s playstyle, Silhouette’s art feels so… bland. I kinda wish it had more pizazz to it, but I guess it’s meant to give a bit of an “I, Robot” feeling

Yep this is from the Manga
When the arms are attached to the vanguard and you give one of them a crit trigger does the crit stays when you detach it ?
yes, the unit doesn't leave the field so it will retain any modifiers
