5-Day Japan Travel Itinerary | TOKYO (Part 1): unique things to do, places to eat, travel tips. Interesting and engaging video. I support your video. Watched the video on May 28, 2023 very like.Thank you
We just came back from our first visit to Japan. Needless to say, I took a lot of your advice in previous videos to plan our visit. The advice was invaluable. In this video, thank you for emphasizing how overwhelming Tokyo can be and we did what you talked about, especially in train stations and especially at Tokyo Station. Take a deep breath, collect your thoughts, find a map and in many cases, find an information or tourist office. Phones and the internet are convenient but talking to someone can save a lot of time and confusion. I can't wait for more videos.
wow. I am so glad that my videos were helpful! I'm going to pin this comment because that's such a good tip! The information and tourist desks are SO helpful and a great resource if you ever feel lost/confused. Thank you for taking the time to come back to my videos and let me know how they've helped. It really means a lot.
i'm glad my videos are helpful! & I hope they convince you to make Japan your next destination! haha the food, culture, and beauty of the land are must sees.
Love Japan! Just got back from my 6th trip there. My friend came along this time and he was blown away by the scale of Tokyo. It is my favorite city in the world!
Hello Remi, Thank you so much for your video. You go into more detail than the other videos on Japan. I am praying for the best with you father relocating in Japan !
that's so exciting! you should be able to see a good chunk of the city in twelve days. My biggest tip is to plan days around one or two things you'd like to do/see/eat and make sure they're in the same area or neighboring areas. I hope you have a great time! :)
I’m glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching and taking the time to leave a note :) I was also there mid-March and agree it was packed! First sakura season since borders opened so it was expected 😅 I hope you had a good trip!
Luv your story bcuz it’s a lot like mine I was born there but raised in the States & now I want 2 find my roots since my parents have passed wished I’d learned Japanese
wow thank you for sharing your story with me. I'm so sorry to hear about your parents. I also did not learn Japanese growing up but am currently learning the language! (it's....so.... hard.. lol). i wish you the best as you embark on this journey of learning more about your roots!
Hi Remi how are you doing? This my first time to find your TH-cam channel...Your vlogs so impressive 👍👌👏& Your Eglish is very Excellent(Perfect) But would you like to tell me please more about You who have been adopted in US so Your Parents who living with You at LA is Your adopted Parents or Your Own Parents because I'm still not get it? Sorry before if I'm ask about that? B.T.W. right now can you still communication, reading & writing in Japanese?
It appears that she was born in Japan to Japanese parents. Then she simply moved to the US, with her parents, as a baby. I don't recall her mentioning that she was adopted. There's not much more to it than that. It's the story of MANY immigrants all over the world who move as young children with their parents, and who do not grow up speaking their native language.
hi friends! I was born in Japan and my birth parents are both Japanese. I was adopted by Japanese-Americans (both of them are of Japanese descent but born and raised in America). I was raised in Los Angeles, CA with English as my first language. I'm only now learning how to speak/read/write Japaneseでもにほんごはむずかしです😅 thank you both for watching and supporting my channel! I appreciate you for taking the time to leave a note!
@@remishimazuOk, now I'm understand... Arigato Gozaimasu Remi chan for your explanation about You🙏 What is your hobbies? Have you been traveling to East Coast of US?

.... where was that water feature at 11:20
Thank you! It’s at Shibuya Stream! A shopping center that has restaurants, coffee shops, coin lockers and is near a station! :)
I was wondering what is the name of the restaurant that you ate at your first night in Tokyo? It looked great!
oh it's one of my go-to places every time I'm in the city! The restaurant is called Suzanami and it's located in Hibiya Center.
What are covid requirements? Do you need to have all covid vaccine plus booster?
Is it easy to take bus to move around ? Does Japan has app such as Uber ? Thanks!
