I have to press the power button to start the pc again. I am wondering what could be the problem? Also, I can't upgrade it to windows 11. Any help is highly appreciated. Thank you.
I tried it, no doubt it made my computer faster and I apriciate it but I realised I lost graphics quality, font is poor and without visual it feels like I am using a cheap product.
You are not slowing down your internet. You are making it so background apps which are using the internet, no longer use it, so in reality, you would be making it more stable since you won’t have any potential downloads in the background
Run cmd as administrator then copy these commands - FOR %F IN ("%SystemRoot%\servicing\Packages\Microsoft-Windows-GroupPolicy-ClientTools-Package~*.mum") DO (DISM /Online /NoRestart /Add-Package:"%F") And FOR %F IN ("%SystemRoot%\servicing\Packages\Microsoft-Windows-GroupPolicy-ClientExtensions-Package~*.mum") DO (DISM /Online /NoRestart /Add-Package:"%F") You can thank me if it works🙂

Why would you turn on metering in the network? Don't see the logistics. You are slowing down your network speed. All other settings are valid.
