Slick looking statue. That dragon is easily the star. I also like the lantern base. I'd definitely display that bad boy with bone claws. Yes. Trying to plan out some TOP 10 style videos. Trouble is, I've got so much stuff coming in, it's hard to find time to get to everything. Maybe I need to take a break from ordering stuff.

Oh, it was an immediate click over for me! I really like the whole "samurai/ninja" theme for these statues. Good to see marvel is jumping in as well! And I doubt Logan could even get a tattoo with his regeneration.
That was one of the questions that came up for debate. The human immune system seems to accept pigment (or at least note know what to do with it all). So my guess is that the skin will heal but some ink will remain. He might have to go in for several sessions.
This is amazing brother very beautiful especially the way they infused the samurai culture with the wolverine character flawless blend of two worlds. I had the Star Wars samurai figures they where beautiful something very badass and majestic in the samurai culture love it.
Agreed. I get why purist may not get the whole Samurai concept. But for me, these pieces just show the amount of creativity out there. Really inspiring stuff!

They have some new transformers coming out based on Chinese Japanese culture later this year and they are amazing such as one is a space station that turns into a huge dragon more of a Chinese dragon it’s gonna be amazing.

Yes, they work for the Japanese theme. The XM Samurai pieces are a bit more armored and futuristic in areas. This one has a lot more traditional elements.
Very impressive details in this statue. The pose of pulling out the sword with one hand and having his claws out in the other doesn't quite look right or make sense to me (realistically you would have either both set of claws drawn OR use a katana with both hands to fight), but cool nonetheless.
I sold my Sideshow Wolverine because it was underscaled. People keep saying, he is only 5'3 but even short men have the same size head as a normal size man. I think sculptors just resize the whole sculpt and don't take things like that into account. But it's Sideshow, they don't care what customers think. 😆

I would'nt opt for the smoking head sculpt since it is off the whole statue but the other head scupts are awesome especially the long hair and the hat ones. I dont like the pirate one.

Yeah, scale can be a tricky thing with these statues. Luckily, with Wolverine, you have about 100 different options to choose from!

I agree with you that the heads are under scaled. The statue itself is awesome but the portraits really made it a big pass
