Such an important message at the end. Taking time for and care of yourself should not be about increasing productivity and work efficiency. Time for yourself is not prepping for the next work day. Its for yourself. This is something I'm currently learning and trying to integrate into my mindset. I'm pretty burnt out and I think centering everything I do around productivity and efficiency is one driver of burnout and low energy. This is my life. I don't live to work. I live to live. Working is enabling me to live in an apartment and to eat. Working should be fun and meaningful, yes, but it is not my identity and not my entire life, just a part of it. hey! i’m going into my senior year rn and tbh junior year was the BEST year of my life i’ve ever had. of course it was often stressful and hectic but i also met so many important ppl in my life and grew more as a person than i ever thought i would. try to approach the unknown from a place of excitement rather than a place of fear. you 100% got this!
