I just came from a comment on a tik tok art compilation and I'm glad I clicked the link, this look really sick the patience u must have had to make this too, gees
I did study the painting and wrote down the colors before I went to Walmart. I laid the yarn in the same direction as his paint strokes. Thanks for watching! 🙂🎨🧶👍🏻
Thank you! I plan to start another as soon as school let’s out in June! Very busy right now…field trip, awards ceremonies, packing classroom away, etc…🙂🎨👍🏻
awesome work!! love the swirling movement seen!.. i did artwork in a high school class using embroidery yarn...i was taken by the beautiful range of colours that they have in the craft store
Thank you for watching! I did lay the yarn in the same direction as his paint strokes. Starry Night was the first painting I learned in high school art many years ago! 🙂🧶🎨👍🏻
How do you preserve it afterwards so that it doesn't fray or cath a ton of dust if you want to display it? Your videos have inspired me to try a new art medium!
After the glue dries, I frame it. Canvas panels are preferable because it’s easier to frame. If you use cardboard, be sure to cut it it to the size of which frame you use. Thank you for your interest! It’s not too difficult, it just takes a long time. I have yarn painting tutorials on my channel if you are interested. Good luck on your art projects! 🙂🧶🎨✅👍🏻
Wow you nailed this!!!
Thank you very much! I’m going to try that acrylic pour sometime! That’s new to me! Thanks again!
Woah, this is so underrated. You did an amazing job :)
Thanks for watching & for the kind words.

How I protect painting after I finish
I placed mine in a frame with the plastic covering to protect the yarn from dust.
Are you serious? How did you do that?😱
Thanks for watching! To be brief…27 hours of carefully selecting & laying yarn. Next up is something by Monet…🙂🧶🎨👍🏻
So less views😔
