The Jägermeister Herbal liqueur was invented in 1934 by Curst Mast which eventually converted his father's vinegar factory to an alcohol factory. It is Germany's most selling spirit and it did manufacture and sell about 97 Million bottles in 2019. What started as a Hunter's drink, turned to be the oldies' cough medicine and finally became a teen part sensation. It is extremely famous in the young generation. If you are young and wild, you have already tried it. If not, then it is time. Beware, you are responsible for your actions : ). Have a good one.

Most valuable takeaway ... is to consider this as a marination ingredient ... I think this will enable us to show off our culinary skills as well. Just wondering, what's with this specific storage temp (-18*). Won't the drink freeze and the bottle crack given the alcohol % is less? Just being curious.
I like that aspect too, never tried it myself though.
I think the idea is not to store at -18ºC. but serve at -18ºC., that is what I did too, it was in the freezer for about 1 hour.
It did not crack.
Serve at -18ºC exact is some BC, I assume(happy to proven wrong), not too much of science there, I would say.
Serve it ice cold is just a fair ask. It just cant be that the world from 1934 is drinking at -18ºC : D, especially the hunters. Marketing gimmicky.

what I read during my research for the video(did not experiment and I am not a physicist :D ) is the following,
Pure alcohol freezes at -114ºC.
80 proof will freeze at around -34ºC.
20 proof will freeze at around -28ºC.
I think Jäger at 70 proof should survive fine at -18ºC, even on a long run.
My Jäger now sits in the fridge until its next pour.

Jagermeister, is no doubt one of my favourites. The complex flavour is exquisite and yet is gives a mouth rich feel and best consumed chilled and as a shot rather than a bomb.

Well, the reviews are always going to be honest- as there is never going to be any paid review on this channel- because I am never going to be so famous : D
This is a good liqueur on some nights, when you dont know if what you have consumed is right for you or not. Have a Jager and let it decide- whether to keep the food in your tummy or let go off it : )
Btw Jager is trying to disassociate itself as a party drink towards a drink that is consumed to build "stronger bonds" between friends.

Sachin bhai, as long as it stored in a cold, dark place, unopened I don't think there will be any issue.
I once had a bottle for around 5-6years unopened, there was no issue.
Usually, that is the case, unless it is milk based, like the Mozart.
In that case, it is best for it be in fridge from day one.
Once opened safest for the Jäger be in fridge.
