Thank you a million mate!!!!! ❤️❤️
Brilliant! Nobody is doing content like this. The importance of having good owners is vital in all sports. Everything trickles down from John Henry. Thank you! Daz from California. YNWA
A million thanks bro!!! 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
With ever increasingly difficult schedules for top clubs to compete in across the board, I wouldn't be surprised to see even more innovations to keep players healthy like reducing player game times to 60 minutes and developing something like first half skill sets, 2nd half trailing vs 2nd half winning substitution strategies. Some players might specialize especially midfielders. At any rate, the best teams of the future who will have the greatest chances for winning titles and cups, doing doubles or more will be those clubs who make no excuses for injuries (Klopp often seemed to) and do everything possible to keep players playing but maybe not so many consecutive minutes.
Fantastic stuff David - I think we’ll start to see some of that with Slot and the way he manages player fitness. He’s got the staff to do it (just like he had at Feyenoord).
@@AllRedShow thanks! Keep up the good work yourself! 👍💪

I’ve always said we were in good hands with FSG from very early on. A lot of fans expect us to spend like PSG or Man City but that’s not the way it works. FSG’s handling of the club has been impeccable.. Great video, new sub 👍
Agree!! Thanks a million mate!!! 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
They’ve honestly done an amazing job consider how the club was when they bought. Too drawer.
Thumbs up for the content!
Two things:
1. THANK YOU for praising FSG! I think they are fantastic custodians of the club. I am so glad they own Liverpool FC.
2. Thank you for saying the real name of the oil dictators club 115 FC. Thats what I call them now.
Thanks mate! We’re on the same page 😂

YNWA MATE!!! ❤️
This is vey interesting, and makes a pleasant change from the usual TH-cam content on Slot’s tactics and formations or transfer target guff.
My only request would be some lower level worked examples of the activity of each job because there is so much ambiguity in the jargon that each role could do anything. So, be much more specific re what the job holder actually does.
Great feedback Jim! Perhaps a video on each key role or take the most important staff and break them down more in depth.
@@AllRedShow maybe take a few football ‘use cases’ such a transfer in/out, a new contract offer, opponent analysis and tactic formulation, expenditure planning and budget setting, problem solving - fact finding and rectification, and maybe something to do with team meetings to review stuff like progress/problems, fitness and conditioning, academy and youth reviews etc
Just ideas off the top of my head …
I love it - I’m going to need to fly to Merseyside and somehow get into Melwood 😂😂
@@jimflan1712 That's a very difficult info to gather, unless FSG itself wants it out, and allows some internal source to divulge it. But, I can't fathom why FSG would want their internal workings explained to the whole world. That's normally privileged info.
@@charles5a yes that is a very fair point, and I did think about it myself when making my comment. I think you need to make a clear distinction between process and content i.e. there should be no IP around what a job is and what does it do. But there will obviously be IP in the content (seeing the content of training sessions, seeing the details of contracts and budgets etc.)
Anyway, it was just an idea, and if it doesn’t fly it wouldn’t be the first.

Look at the boardroom stability at Liverpool, Arsenal & the 115ers compared to Man Utd & Chelsea in particular. That is why the top 3 are the top 3 and the others are just noise.
We’re building this the right way.
Good break down

A million thanks to you my friend!!!
I Hope Edward gets thing right on the pitch and in the transfer with the right players striker
I trust no one else but him.
Morning and thank you ynwa
You bet! Fun knowing the ins and outs of Liverpools executive structure.
Who we bring inmatters it's about the tight players who can pass create chance and score goals foot Arn slot and the fans manager
Agreed mate!
Klopp was the one who brought in all these additional top backroom staff members, he brought in the physicist, the throw in specialist, the sleep specialist and used the German neuro team to help the players mindset. This is why these clowns who thought his time was up are clueless. We have lost most of the staff who worked under him now and I think we'll suffer because of it. That's without even mentioning the loss of Lijnders and Kraveitz.
It’s certainly going to be an adjustment but I think we’re building the foundation for this new era in a really healthy way.
It has happened klopps away don't be so defeated before this new era starts we went threw change before and came out the other end true red stay full a hope always
@@jasonward3963 this is such an unprecedented time in Liverpool's history. When was the last time we had a manager leave on his own volition and leave the club in such a great spot? Arne Slot inherits and GOLD MINE of a team and won't need to spend several years rebuilding like Klopp and his predecessors had to.
@allred I feel there is areas that need strengthen tho so hope see 2 or 3 incomings
@@jasonward3963 yep - agree! i think Edwards already has targets identified (and maybe already done)
Be careful with your words regarding Klopp not having energy as you've clearly misunderstood him. Klopp is a titan, Slot is at this time an unknown entity - don't make out he's something he's not we'll have to wait and see. Make no mistake, scousers aren't happy with FSG as owner or any American involvement for that matter. For me the fact Slot is head coach not manager has in effect made him a puppet to the many layers above him. I don't blame Klopp for leaving as this is probably the true reason for his departure.
I mean … Klopp literally said he doesn’t have energy left. I’ve always said i would keep Klopp in a heartbeat but that’s not going to happen so I back Edwards and Slot and hope for the best. It won’t be instant success but I’m excited for it.

We have a nuclear physicist on the staff??!! 😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Yessir 😂😂☢️☢️
Nerd alert - but maybe worth pointing out Spearman has been at the club for 6 years already and under Ian Graham (also a PhD theoretical physicist) has been key to leading data analysis through Klopp's reign. In particular he conducts bonkers computer modelling regarding player performance and opposition analysis. He was promoted to replace the departing Graham in Feb 2023. So glad he's been retained. But not a new appointment or new development. Just saying. 🧐
@@macattack78 for sure for sure. Nothing nerdy about that! 🔬🥼🧪

OK, if the manager is now the Head Coach how come we have an assistant manager? Shouldn't he be the assistant coach? I would like to see Slots Job description and see exactly how much control over the team selection and transfers that he has. This head coach thing, could be the reason LFC got the brush off from two prospective managers that they wanted to appoint as Head coach. It sounds like a demotion.
Maybe … time will tell but I think there’s a plan to make him the manager. Not sure exactly why they’re doing it this way but Slot seems excited and he gets a dream job with a dream squad.
@@AllRedShow Imagine if this ‘Coach Thing’ had been the approach during the late nineteen fifties when LFC were searching for a new manager, it would have changed the course of history. It would have sort have gone like this. We need a new manager do you think Matt Busby will be interested, we called him he said ‘Mate you must be dreaming’, suggested a mate of his by the name of Bill Shankly. OK never heard of him, give him a call tell him we're looking for a Head Coach, ask him if he would be interested. Hi Bill LFC here we're looking to replace our current manager with a Head Coach and are hoping you would be interested in the position, Beep, Beep, Beep, Beep, Bill, Hello Bill. He hung up. Damm.
@@standbytogo123 hahaha yea may not have worked back then. Different times for sure!
Why didn’t FSG just give the job to EDWARDS has manager because that’s basically what he is dose slot even get a say who’s coming in to the set up of players that we have what is it here you we’ve bought these players for you now do your job and fit them into the team this is your job it did not go to well pottechino did it he was the coach of chealsea did it I just hope that they don’t ruin this slot if goes tits up I really do ynwa
Great questions - I don’t think Edwards will buy players without consulting Slot first. Although I bet Edwards left the first time because he and Klopp disagreed. BUT Klopp wasn’t as into the data and analytics as Slot is so I bet they’ll be more level headed together.
Just to let you know.. you've used a pic of former eintracht Frankfurt sporting director Markus Krosche in place of Dave Fallows 🤷♂️. Dave Fallows looks young for a guy in his mid 60's but not THAT young 😂.
Hahahaha OOPS! Thanks for pointing that out haha
Its winning the league or trophy and Beat Manchester city and Arsenal.Chelsea and the rest
That’s what we’re aiming for!!
Weve had manager for over 60 years so why this couch from Bill shankly so want is going on so who ever bring the players in will get the blame if thing go Wrong
Just a sight change in how things are structured. Nothing to worry about.
Fsg are penny pinching we need top players to come in the first team not waiting on players to come good
Sometimes they’re a little cheap but I feel like the purse strings are loosening a bit don’t you?
you said sipke verry well but the last name u pronounced that with an funny english accent xDDD

Patriarchy
Yea maybe so. Don’t sleep on Linda Pizzuti Henry tho - she’s got leadership qualities that might factor in someday.
How much has Fsg paid you ? Your analysis sucks
Hahaha lolol I can tell you I’ve been paid $0 exactly
Ridiculous setup and structure!! So Slot reports to Richard Hughes and he has no SAY which player/s he wants?? Damn the Americans and the overrated mgmt hierarchy!
Slot will definitely have a say! It’ll be collaborative.
If it is collaborative, the structure doesn't say so! If it is collaborative, then Slot should be on the same level as Hughes! It's quite basic! Slot is the most important bloke in the whole entire setup and he has to report to Hughes? Yes, he needs support like getting and negotiating for players, scouts etc to help him and LFC succeed. But the structure doesn't seem to do that.
@@robingng I think there's a plan in place to give Slot more and more control as time goes on. But this set up is more about protecting Slot and making sure he can focus on what he is best at - which is managing the first team players and having time to be the tactical genius he'll need to be.
@@robingng Typically it's the sporting director who is responsible for finding and hiring a coach/manager, similar to how a General Manager (GM) would work in most American sports. It's a simple hierarchy and I don't expect Hughes to interfere in what Slot is trying to accomplish. Of course Slot and Hughes and Edwards will all be talking and collaborating on transfers but Slot won't need to be the one scouting and negotiating.
