Super thankful ako sa video mo cause I was able to see the real problem after I have watched lots of videos..This video of ur's helped me a lot..im in a rush right now for soft binding and Thanks God I was able to see lots of things inside that I'm not expecting would enter this printer..maybe Kids sometimes tried to put something inside...THANK YOU SO MUCH..

:( no meu caso não deu certo, já fiz de tudo já limpei e encontrei dois fragmentos de plástico nos roletes retirei eles e olhei novamente , mas nada , assim que ligo a impressora ela dá o erro e persiste não sai do erro....não sei mais o que eu faço, tem mais alguma dica fiarei grato. obg
