What taught me was our downsized move to a smaller house - and I thought I did not have that much stuff 🤦🏼♀️ I had to give away, sell or throw out SO MUCH! I have so little now, just the basic stuff I need. So what I spend money on is food, bills and things my kids need like clothes and books and stuff. But, I think thrice before I buy sth. And a good way to test that is - If I had to move again, is this sth I would really have to take with me. If the answer is no, I don’t buy it.
Lord knows I need help with this. Even when I try NOT to spend. I do it anyway. I stress shop and am a sucker for a great deal when it comes to stuff I like.
Here is a place I won’t be wasting my money at any more. Ok! Just went into Whole Foods, I never go since it’s too far from my house and trying to put health first I made the trip. I’m trying to find non-government impacted chicken. I saw something that will make me NEVER go in there again or buy their delicious Chantilly cake ever again(only purchased a couple of times for special occasions because again not near my house). At the register they had where you can pay with your PALM. I’ve heard of it, but have not seen it yet and it as really unnerving. I had to share.

yes I am so so concerned about spending money and now not to spend much but then worry if I need to and where it will come from...like how to afford it....ugh...I hate this bad habit of mine. I do care. I try to be careful!!
