if you have a website you can somewhat control the latter portion of it. You can find out who was there, what they did while they were on your website, and basically monitor everything that goes on *on the website*. Theres no way that I know of to track them beyond your website (legally of course) but yeah if you have a website look into this stuff it can be helpful.
