Solid ride buddy! Loved seeing your mate ride 27 for his first 10, he will obliterate that time in the future and look back on this day but pinning a number on for the first time is the hardest part isn't it.
Just signed up for my first ever TT, its on the 10th and I'm overly excited. I've been trying to find one close enough, accepts people under 18 and with a tri/TT bike and finally found one, did have to join some random club but yeah. 😁
Gutted you are stopping the workout Wednesdays. Found them informative. And nicely done on the TT. Smashing it mate. Still got my TT bike on the trainer. I need to get it on the tarmac and hit a local TT soon! Seeing you guys on the TT gives me that itch.
I race up at Mallory park, super quick course simple oval track so no technical sections. Great to get your head down and push hard! Hope to see you there!
Yeh I've raced at mallory but not castle comb. Lovely circuit as egg shaped and one way is 1/2% incline and vice versa. I find it really helpful to maintain speed. Quick for me👌
Difference a week makes. I was due to do an FTP test last week and just felt so off. Pulled the plug during the effort and re-did the test a couple of days ago, was able to hold an extra 25 watts. Wish there was a way to predict how the legs are gonna feel.
Love your videos! As a Brit in the US, via London and the West Country, into tri - I get a lot out of them. A few weeks ago, you highlighted an aero through axle on your front wheel - what was it and do you recommend?
Thanks so much James really appreciate the support!! Ahhh yeah I've only just recently started using them and think they are ace- very aero. They are called 'Pin Head' skewers. They are advertised as anti-theft skewers as you get a special locking mechanism with them but obviously the other benefit is the fact they are super aero

PS HMU when you're going to Mallory, not too far from me. Let's not invite Cowen though
Thanks mate! Ahhh yeah so good to get him out racing! Think he’s got the bug already
@@TriathlonDan hah good plan, don’t want him showing up

Best of luck mate, go smash it

Ahhh thanks Josh keen to race there for sure
Well done Harry, quick time.

Blistering pace, very impressive. Glad last run was a blip :)
Thanks pal
Nice time! Looking to do my first TT soon. Is it weird just to wear my sleeved Tri suit rather than a skinsuit? Cheers!
Thanks pal! Ahh best of luck. Trisuit will be fine mate but a skin suit will be faster for sure
What’s the warmup you do for a 10? Tacx neo2t doesn’t need a power supply 🤯 game changer
God man , isn't he so cute that young guy all kitted out in his skin suit !
Did the adapter for the car work as I was looking to get something simialr ?
Balls sorry forgot to link to it in the description. Yeah was ace. I’ll find the link for you now

Here it is mate. Worked a treat
Thanks 🙌
Well done with the 3rd place, dam pesky juniors and their 19min 10miles
Thanks Mike! Hahah yeah they are crazy fast
Do you recommend the trinity?
I think it’s so one of e best bikes if you are on a budget. If I had the money I would get a trek but I don’t 😂
@@Harry-Palmer thanks I heard that the bike is shit when you turn the handlebar to extreme cause the di2 cable gets damaged have you experienced it?
