Have enjoyed your comments on the Heritage throughout all your videos! I've got a 2021 Magnetic Grey Metallic Heritage as well. Only 3000 miles at this point. I've had a few 200 Series over the years and this Heritage continues to put a smile on my face every time I'm in it. And yes, I turn around to see how she looks in the parking lot every time I get out! LOL! Although you've done a great job, it is hard to explain and get others to understand what the Land Cruiser is all about, and its legacy over the decades around the globe. She's truly a rare bird.
feel the same way about my 2016 trail 4runner with KDSS, there's something about driving this vehicle that keep's you wanting it and never letting it go. value, dependable, reliable, built rock solid go anywhere just to mention a few. and have had zero problems, who would ever thought a vehicle could constantly have you turn your head when you walk away from it. love my 4runner.
@@UntamedMotors You got that right. It really is the pinnacle of Toyota QDR. Unfortunately, I think it's all downhill from here. We're at a point in time where I would argue, the best vehicles have already been built.
Definitely connected with your comment about the raptor. I just bought a 2022 F350 tremor as a base platform for a extensive overland camper build and part of be wishes I maybe purchased my dream 200 HE as the base price for my truck was about the same. As a long time Toyota guy I can relate to many of the comments you made. I think you’d be hard pressed to find a safer and more dependable vehicle for the wife and kids… at least that’s what I keep telling mine. Looking forward to looking at your other 200 related content.
You said it, I have always thought the 200-series looked like a Toyota Highlander, if you squint your eyes and look at them quickly. That being typed, if I hit the Mega Millions, I would buy a 2021 LC the same day.
I've been in the market for a daily driver/road trip vehicle to pile miles on. The LC and LX have always been on my list including Raptor, TRD PRO, and RR. At the price point, I feel I can get other vehicles than LC/LX with more road isolation + comfort, but at the cost of reliability which isn't good for road trips. I keep watching all of your videos debating between what to get and the LC Heritage is always on my mind.
Do yourself a favor Roc…follow your instinct and get the LC Heritage. I watched Untamed for months and months with his first LC Heritage and kept coming back to it as well. I was NOT about spending 90k on a vehicle initially. This vehicle is an exception. And exceptional! I nicknamed mine Chug….and it really does chug alot of fuel. If that’s ok with you then as pointed out by others you will make that up in reliability savings hands down. For the record I’m as guilty as everyone else in turning around and looking back every single time I park!! Untamed offers great insight and the Car Care Nut has a great pros/cons of the LC as well. You won’t regret it and good luck!
I had a 2012 LC. Solid vehicle but I didn't like how it tends wander at around 80 mph. It didn't feel stable during lane changes at high speeds. Not sure if it was the LC in particular or it's something that happens to all large trucks.
I was strongly deliberating between trading my Tundra TRD PRO for a LC and noticed the same thing on a test drive. The LC required significant more driver input at highway speeds than the Tundra. That makes a big difference on long highway trips. That was the deal-breaker for me.
It’ll be great to have you in Colorado. You’ll have to bring the family down to Durango, CO where I live one of these years. I’m guessing it’s Fort Collins that you all are moving to.
Good day my brother hope you and the family are well thanks for the video never go 10,000 miles on your oil 5000 max do not believe them they are doing that for the environment I would most definitely hang onto that one that’ll be worth some good money you could sell it way down the road if need be🤣
How did you like the prinsu? I own a 2020 HE LC and need a rack. Rhino Rack looks the best but is impractical for rooftop tents, never owned a prinsu rack, was wondering why you took yours off?
Just have the dealership change the trim piece under warranty and be done with it,I enjoy my 21 LC very much as well I really hate the lack of tech in the vehicle for the amount of money we drop on this vehicle but it’s Toyota what can you do.
@@UntamedMotors sorry I fat fingered the Y. I was curious about your window tint. I watched video again and it’s 20% on windows and 50% on windshield. Looks great and I bet helps a ton with heat.
I’m actually not sure… sorry. They made it sound as though it was a generic brand so I don’t have a ton of confidence in it. But! Toyota performed the work so it’s under warranty thankfully. =]
What exactly did you do to lift the front? I have a Heritage as well and still don’t know why, and certainly I don’t like the look, of the lifted rear end. Why did you lift the front instead of lowering the rear? Also, did lifting the rear change the ride or handling?
I actually bought it like this, the dealership installed the leveling kit and larger AT3Ws tires. Not sure which brand they used but it’s under warranty still since they installed it.
The Lexus GX is also made at the same Tahara plant in Japan where this LC was made. It’s a 1mm mile vehicle. Consumer Report says the GC is not only the most reliable SUC in 2022, but the most reliable vehicle, period.
There’s definitely a handful available now but they want too much. They’re starting to drop in value… I would wait until May/June… they’ll be down to $70-80K
Change every 3-5k never go 10k ever no matter the type of oil listen to an engine builder never the dealer. Check your owners manual and i ptomise you it will NOT tell you 10k miles
Please please vinyl wrap the Landcruiser! Would love to see this vehicle get another color like maybe Solar Octane, army green or lunar rock like colors! 😅

For those of us who don’t have the opportunity of owning one, keep it!!
Sounds like a good plan to me!
Untamed has the best LC content on TH-cam! Beautiful ride!
5K is the most you’ve put in a single vehicle. I’ve been in Colorado since 2004 via Texas. You’ll love it!
Haha yeah! Thanks man, we’re very excited for the move.
Great Video… keep it forever and really see if it withstands the rest of time !
Thanks Omar! agreed. No other vehicle will ever offer this level of peace of mind. =]

Yep or Windsor… or Loveland.
That is a gorgeous Land Cruiser. Love the wheels and how well they go with the color
Imagine that trim piece would be covered under warranty if you’ve owned it less than a year
Yeah it for sure is. Take 2 seconds to pop back in so it hasn’t bothered me enough to waste an afternoon at a Toyota dealership getting it fixed.
